Really?! Because I took my laptop to Apple last year and they claimed it was gonna cost me like $200 to change the battery so I decided against it because he said the machine wasn’t even worth that much since it’s from 2016.
Yes we do!!! I would not be surviving if we had no AC! It has been so hot… We keep it not that cold either because we don’t want to spend a ton of money so usually it’s on 78
Thank you so much! It’s already been a really hard decision for me so to be getting pushback from strangers really is annoying. But I’m just gonna continue to stand my ground because I do believe that I’m doing the right thing even if it’s not the easiest or most fun thing lol.
Happy to see you're back! These heatwaves have been too intense this summer. Loved hearing Alex talking more and with such an adorable voice too. 😊 Sorry to hear that folks are still fretting about not seeing the kids in the videos. Some people can't comprehend the consequences that will likely occur in the future for the children and their parents.
I do plan to have the kids talking in the background in parts of my videos so even though you don’t see their faces, you still kind of get to see them a little bit… I feel like that is safe enough rather than putting their face plastered all over the Internet. Thank you so much for understanding. It really was a very tough decision because they are my everything and I love logging with them because I feel like that really is inspiring to me, but I had To Make a decision in their best interest, not mine.
It feels weird that you guys stop filming the kids entirely. I know what you said and I understand that but it feels empty. My 8 year old sister keep asking me where are the kids. I had to explain it to her in a way that she can understand why you guys stop filming the kids. She only watch if the kids are in it because most of the content she won't understand.
I can understand your point of view. Yes, I miss showing them. Yes, I would love to show them. But getting them offline is really what’s best for them, even if it’s not MY first choice. Sometimes as a parent we have to make tough decisions and this is certainly one of them. I know my views would be higher if I show them, but that’s not an appropriate reason to show them online. Amelia is starting school and will be going out in the world more without me. I want her privacy protected. Thank you for understanding ❤️
