السلام عليكم شكرا جزيلا على المحاضرة القيمة لدي استفسار بخصوص تحضير spike .. المثال كان واضح ولكن إذا كان خلال عملية تحضير spike ، تخفيف (dilution) مثلا حجم العينة 5g في 50g water . كيف تكون المعادلة ؟ وهل يتم ادخال dilution factor في الجهاز ؟

By the instrument the concentration of specific analyte is 0.5mg/L ( without spike ) I want to spike the sample for example with a standard of 0.5ppm from 1ppm to make sure My sample preparation include a dilution step Which 5g of sample is dissolved in 50ml of water. So is the preparation formula correct ? 0.5ppm x 5g = 1ppm x 2.5mL And in the instrument I can add dilution factor
"Yes, that's correct. However, it would be better to prepare a 0.5 ppm solution from the 10 ppm stock solution by adding a smaller amount, as 2.5 ml is too much and will significantly alter the final volume.
ANVISA requires that accuracy be calculated at low, medium, and high levels, with triplicates at each level. So the question is how to extract a combined accuracy uncertainty from the results of the three levels.
@@AccreditedLaboratory here is a complete scenerio: A person calibrated thermometer, viscometer and then calculated expanded uncertanity and put all those uncertanity in it. Now placed a tag on viscometer bath stating that this is the uncertanity of viscosity method. is it like this? or his understanding is wrong? another thing is , lets say uncertanity is +- 3.0 so now he is saying to keep reaults less than max limit . otherwise the results will be declared fail (decesion rule.)
Expanded uncertainty calculated and added to the final result، If it passed the limit so you can accept or reject based on the decision rule used, but if it passed the limit by addition or subtraction so it's rejected
هل ممكن عدم اتخاذ القرار ف النتيجة ولا كتابة un بالنتيجة وذلك بالاتفاق مع العميل.. التقرير النهائي سيحتوي على النتائج فقط وذلك بموافقة العميل هل تعتبر هذه حالة عدم مطابقة رغم موافقة العميل
المفروض في التقرير النهائي يكون فيه القرار وطبقا لأي قاعدة خدت القرار و ده اللي بيكون بالاتفاق مع العميل لكن مينفعش تتفق معاه إن مفيش قرار. فيه بعض المعامل الخاصة بتحط النتيجة فقط ومعاها acceptance range وطبقا لأي مواصفة فبالتالي لازم يكون فيه قرار كمان عشان حضرتك هتكتب النتيجة ومعاها اللايقين. فبصراحه انا لو بعمل تفتيش لازم هحتاج أشوفه
