Hi since this video was posted Gold Coast buses now have credit card pay as you go available on some buses so most likely you will be able to use a bankcard or credit card on the bus to date. Hope this helps

Hi and thanks for posting your honest review, I see on the Leon website specs that the NCM Power Plus model can reach up to 150 km distance (depending on terrain conditions & power level settings) this seems to be a huge statement and how would this ever be achievable ? I weigh 91kg am 5'11" ride mainly on flat city roads and a small amount of fine gravel cycle tracks so in the realistic worl at an average cycling speed of lets say 23-25km/h what km range would I be looking at before charging and to what low level should I be charging the battery at. Hi Glenn, Thanks for your comment. Yes I would agree reaching speeds of up to 150 km I think would be highly unlikely! However with an average speed of about 23 to 25 km it really depends on how much peddling and work you contribute to maintain that speed. With medium to very little effort I have been able to get between 80 to 85km range. Again that would also depend on the terrain but if it is generally a flat surface I would say that’s easily achievable if not a little more. As far as charging I usually charge when there is one bar remaining. But I would check the manufacturers specs for the battery to see if that’s the best time to charge sometimes discharging completely could also be beneficial but don’t quote me on that. On a side note to date I have never run out of battery while going on 4hr rides. But again I do use pedal assist and don’t have a trigger option as they are illegal in Australia. Hope this info helps.
@@TakemeupProductions thanks for your reply, I have just noticed that this bike also has three riding modes echo, normal and power I would imagine that it would be worth while trying them all out and see which gives the best km range, may be best tested on flat roads and using PAS 3. I would think that the normal mode may offer the best km range as the power mode is more for hill work. I would still like to know how you would get 150 km range on the Power Plus as this is what Leon Cycles claims on their website main features info. Cheers
And I would expect having a trigger option would use more battery power so not having one would surely give you better range so if anyone has this option that could be worth testing out and showing a compariaon and using the three riding modes that are also available. cheers
@@glennvanderbusse4137 yes it has six speed options which assists with more power at each interval definitely using trigger mode only without peddling would reduce the battery life dramatically.. so it would be interested to see the range you get with trigger option only. Possibly worth checking out some other forums that can help with that info. Post to comment if you find the answer 👍
@@TakemeupProductions I only get a little trigger happy when I am crossing busy intersections otherwise I just bike using mainly PAS 3 and Power mode. I shall put the current indicator on to normal down from Power (above left on C7 screen) and keep using PAS 3 and try not to use the trigger. I will let you know the result once tested. Cheers
