Dapat ngayon palang lote yaman ang mindset mo. Mall yaman is a wild concept - basically, kaya mo gumastos to feel good, pero no sustainable assets to show for it? I fundamentally disagree with this way of thinking and this guy is kind of a walking contradiction and an illustration of our old bahala na ways. To take on a liability (ie his LV bag) on an installment plan to feel like you’ve made it or that you belong is quite literally insane. In ten years he’ll look back, sana apat or lima na building niya, pero wala, bumili siya ng Goyard tote bag every month. Gotta break out of Bernard Arnault’s marketing deception - those who actually get it don’t care about this stuff. Look at the richest people in the Philippines and abroad and you won’t see one of them wearing an Hermes belt buckle or gaudy Balenciaga sneakers. No logos, no hype just quiet luxury. Ngayon, kung mayaman ka na talaga (100M and up) then have at it, allocate 10% of your net worth towards watches, cars. Pero mall yaman ka palang winawaldas mo na kaagad. To the 99% of people listening to this - don’t equate luxury with status - people who actually get it don’t care. This may have worked for him, and honestly, good for him. Pero it probably won’t work for you. Large international conglomerates like LVMH have built a business model on deceiving consumers into thinking their products have some intrinsic value. But at 1000% mark ups, you’re literally just making Bernard Arnault and his family rich. I support Tito Mikee, isa sya sa mga genuine person na alam ko sa social media space. Kaya lang this type of mindset will not work sa majority ng tao sa Pinas, nag wowork sa kanya ang pagiging materialistic kasi yun ang brand nya. Meaning he was able to monetize that. If you are a regular person at gagayahin mo to, unang una wala kang platform or circle na makaka appreciate nyan. Ang dami kong kilala sa office who thinks this way, literally yung sahod nila asa luho lang and ayun asa paycheck to paycheck parin sila. Please do not live above your means, di kayo social media influencer para ma sustain yung ganong lifestyle. There is a term called, Retail Therapy, ibig sabihin pag improve ng mood nyo through shopping, sasaya ka talaga but this won't gonna last so what will you do, you are going to buy again and again. I'm saying this because I was a sneakerhead and I regret it. I spent roughly 400,000 para sa collection ko, guess what when I decided to sell them almost 30% nalang bumalik sakin. Currenty, minimalist na ako by choice and I really enjoy being mindful sa purchases ko not for the money but for my mental health.
solid to.. ang mayaman, yung totoong mayaman karamihan talaga ay mababait.. e sa bank lang, kita mo agad ang ugali ng may millions at may nakatagong gold sa sdb.. 😂hahaha ikumpara mo dun sa nagmumura na pa english english (yung iba lang po) ala-british or conyo accent (not all naman) (?)!?)kuno tapos maintaining balance lang pala ang nasa bank account..😂😂😂 lagi pang past due sa credit cards nila😂😂
