WOW, what a display of helicopters! Looks like every real world whirlybird is present. Gotta love that Piasecki. Beautiful choppers for sure. Wish I could have been there!!
Bro , what is the name of the remote control that you use to control the engine . Because i have this K260g2 engine , and i dont know how to control it without the remote control that you use .
Watching a dot in the sky, but a very nice dot😂. Im looking at the K45G3 and it is only 50euro more expensive for the Avanti s from freewing. How is the throttle going for you, half throttle flying or more?
Wish I had a camera man, and a cam with zoom. But was limited with a gopro strapped to my forehead. Lol Thrust works good, it flies well with only half throttle, but it is also alot of fun to go wot. The only down side is the residual thrust, especially on tarmac you need brakes. On grass it works fine. If I would build a 2nd one, I would go with the Xicoy X45. Lighter, and less residual thrust.
@@swisstyphoonsrcchannel9449 It flies very well. So tarmac landings you are coming in to hot? Where can you buy the wheels with brakes? Hat camera still give a lot of good footage. I'm looking at the K45G3 for this build and maybe it will slow down more
@@swisstyphoon1 Ok many thanks, I guess it is the same with the new K45G3, now I have to find where to find some jetA1 :( ... keep up the good work your avanti is gorgeous !
I did get FW l-39 and pipe where did you get wheels with brakes also what size of axles 3mm-4mm ? thanks again you check out my planes on my channel at john Bruno I have over 745 videos just type my name in it should pop up .
Its a great airplane planning on to convert to Kingtech K30. What is your flighttime with the 500 ml tank ? Now if seen your video its going to happen.
Cool, still in testing phase, only had the 2 flights so far. I think the max flight time with the 500ml will be around 4 to 4 1/2min. I recommend using a 750ml tank for better flight time.
Nice video! I realy enjoyd it. I Maiden my Avanti yesterday and i`m going to buy a K30 for it. Can i ask you where you bought Your thrust tube and gas tank etc? It would be real helpfull.
Thanks, glad you like it. I used the conversion kit from the Sebart mini Avanti. It comes with a 500ml tank and thrust tube. I heard that they now sell the kit only with double wall pipes, mine was a single wall. If I would do it again, I would probably go with a bigger 750ml tank, for better flight time. Have fun with your's! ;-) www.lindinger.at/en/airplanes/accessories/gas-powerd-airplane-accessories/sebart-turbine-modifying-kit-mini-avanti-s
I would really like to see a start to finish build on doing a conversion. And how the parts were made to mount the thrust tube. Was the thrust tube specially made to fit in the Avanti. I have a couple of 90mm that I'd like to used as a conversion or even one of my Avanti. I want to break into turbine and this is a inexpensive way to go for me. Or do you have pictures of the build ? Great job
Thanks, I plan to put a video together of the whole conversion. But want to finish and maiden first... The conversion kit is from Sebart for their mini composite Avanti. But with a little work it can fit many others too.
@@swisstyphoonsrcchannel9449 Many thanks for the reply. I will be looking forward to seeing whole conversion build. Will subscribe to your channel so I won't miss the video. Thanks again
It was in the menu after the last firmware update. Here are the instructions on how to change the icon. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mCO2m23KVIE.html
