Who is bigwhite06? The name in retrospect is quite odd and can have inappropriate connotation ;D. But it was a spur of the moment thing about a trip i took to the Big White Resort in BC, during 2006. I am also known as thefeebster, a poster at HFboards.
if we develop him well, he could easily be our next josi. i hope we can improve these blue line shot attempts when we sign him as he has some real potential to do some damage with hard clappers. really looking forward to seeing him improve on the admirals (where he’ll likely go after signing) and eventually get his nhl debut. this guy’s got a bright future with us
everyone that comes back to the video laffy used to be called a bust when he got to the show now look at him he’s on the rangers dominating with panairn as his line mate and is proving the people that he is a player and not a bust
Laine literally shoots so hard it goes through a person. Aho's Center skills have been shown year after year in Carolina. I cannot fathom how Puljujärvi hasn't broken through in the NHL considering what Aho and Laine are doing and I think Puljujärvi was ahead of them in scouting and won U16 and U20 gold.
I remember watching this video when it came out, it's crazy to see that he was still a man among men back then. I remember people bitching about his speed, but damn, he sure turned into a fucking flower.
They should trade McDavid when his value is at its highest. He will never win a stanley cup and he isn't particularly responsbile defensively - minus 1 rating this year. He will never be a Wayne Gretzky.
Can u do a Tom willander shift by shift vid like ur did the Hughes ones? Or know where I can watch that kinda stuff once the szn is over? Or at least a number of games have been played? Tyty
He's now playing like he was during the world junior. People forget the hype around Dahlin before the draft, it was crazy. He's only getting better every year, I think he will be the best defenseman in the league for a long time.
Watch Willander (51) dominate play between 5:46 and 6:16. He controls the puck, carries it out of a scrum and then makes a smooth pass resulting in a goal.
I think the sequence of him defending right after is even more impressive. Uses his body and stick well. Physical, but only when effective. And, of course, that great skating and mobility.
