I did enjoy the visit, seems you had the entire place to yourself Rich( with exception of the lone grey squirrel out on the woodland areas), grounds very beautiful, & the outbuildings with vintage cars, cycles, farm machinery interesting, imagine there's context /information on site, fab new autumn jacket too, thanks
@@marchingwithmike2234 I know Mike but the gardens were worth the drive, they are amazing. My GoPro didn’t do them justice especially as I had the exposure set wrong! Never mind but well worth a visit.
I did enjoy the gardens in the muted light of this strange almost-monsoon weather, the grounds so vast yet so manicured yet not a gardener in sight - must be hard task keeping them so well-tended, Curiousity aroused re the no-film rule, hidden treasures? Thanks Rich
Thought you might get out to this one, I found it eerie, overwhelming, overblown, but in a beautiful setting, (there a, few years ago visiting at Ty Nant) - some amazing 19thC paintings of the quarry, I didn't find the lovely path down through the woods, Thanks Rich, it is quite an extraordinary place really, xx
Really enjoyed this one Jo like you found it overwhelming. The Dining room and chapel were amazing. To be honest I found the path to the stream by pure accident as the wooden arch intrigued me.
This is really great, thank you for sharing your setup. We looking to input OpenLP from a laptop source into the Atem, from where we want to be able to show short video clips to stream out to youtube, and play in the auditorium at the same time, so we would need an audio out, back to the sound desk for this. How do you take the sound back from the Atem to the mixer desk?
Just catching up with yr channel Rich, fascinating place, lavish, imposing, beautiful, camera work excellent again, Would have liked to know about the statue on the plinth at the very end, he looked tired? Looks like you enjoyed this place too, xx
Think this your best camera work so far Rich, v beautiful setting, who was the Blue Fairy and why was, she standing on the lawn,? Enjoyed this, even liked your Merliny soundtrack, Thanks, where next, & when St Asaph?
Hi Jo, Chirk Castle all being well this week. They have a princess theme around the grounds with a children's nature hunt. Quite an emotional drive through Abergele on the way as I passed the Harp pub where many moons ago I spent an hour with Dad and the family whilst on a trip to Towyn!
Just catching up with your channel Rich, this film really interesting, street art is a, vibrant thing, love the one-legged diver, & the Guide dogs history, thanks xx
Enjoyed the tranquility & the wide open spaces, hope bites not too bothersome Rich, music better, & good to catch glimpse of you striding mid-film, rest up this eve walker - brother xx
Just catching up with your latest walk - really wonderful to see the dunes & the pines again Rich, have not been larking about in Formby woods since the summer of 73' Thanks for another beautiful meander xx
Another beautiful trek Rich, thanks, surprised you have the trails & paths to yourself (think glimpsed one cyclist pass you) - can only surmise the Wirral community prefer the couch xx
I really enjoyed this trip to Hilbre. I haven't been to Hoylake in fifty years so it brought back some memories. Have to admit I never walked over to the islands and after watching this wish I had.
