This cake was mind blowingly good. Followed exact measures and made only one substitution. Used chocolate (Callebaut 56%) instead of cocoa powder . Used 90g choc instead of 56g cocoa powder and accordingly reduced oil. I baked this 2 days in advance and then froze it. This gave the orange flavour time to develop.On thawing it , used orange infused ganache to frost and layer it instead of buttercream. Thank you for posting this recipe, it's definitely going in my rotation.
