I love this!! I went to McKinley Hollow for the first time today!! It was gorgeous. I was wanting to see the peaks for the adjacent mountains and here is this video! Thanks!! Love the footage and talks throughout.
@@UlsterCountyDave it was a really special hike to be a part of for sure. I felt great being up so early and driving up there to see the sunrise and it was even nicer to meet new people who enjoy being out in the woods like we do. I’ve spent numerous new years events waking up feeling hungover or just so drained from the parties, I wanted to feel something different. My New Year’s Day hike will be remembered for a long long time.

Was that the lean to on the “Cathedral Brook” trail? I plan on hiking up from rider hollow with a snowboard, staying over night in the lean to, and then ride down to the lower lodge. I can’t wait
