1- "Pickles" aren't a thing, it's an adjective. 2- With your image used, it seems like you were talking about pickled cucumbers which use the vinegar pickling method, so, no fermentation happening in the process there.
This was the first video I watched for this channel. I really liked this video so much I wanted to watch more. It took me a second to realise the channel has less than 10k subscribers! This is crazy. Underrated channel. Maybe they should improve thumbnails or get a more American style editing. I’m not sure why this channel isn’t getting much attention. Probably why they stopped making yt videos. I feel real sorry for them. Definitely deserve my sub and I will continue to watch some of their videos, to find any secrets that nobodies knows. (Much love from CA)
Perfect light meal, your joking right, that thing was drowning in olive oil not that it didn’t look good but way too much olive oil ect to be considered “light” haha
And a perfect example on how new things aren't always better, refrigeration, 80% more infrastructure at a fraction of preservation length. Not to mention the drastic loss of taste
