How about the part where you activate the features that it SAYS IT HAS on the damn box? You know, like Air Transfer? Interesting sales tactic, selling things on the merit of what "it will have someday when we get around to it"
Most of my AirBNB guests find this lock confusing. Why does the OK button look like a grid? Guests don't now they have to press that after entering the code. It's not intuitive! Change the icon to "OK" or a Lock/Unlock Symbol. Better yet, just unlock after the access code is keyed in with no enter button. At least make this a setting I can toggle on/off with the APP.
Have you tested the Touch screen in the rain? It's not convenient standing getting soaking wet because keys press by themselves. This product is only good for Arizona residents
I have this lock installed at my home. It's a nice lock but I wish it had the auto locking deadbolt. Sometimes family forgets to lift up on the handle to lock the deadbolt when leaving the home. Auto locking deadbolt with be a helpful design. Also wish lifting up on the handle would retract the backset. With the right timing I was able to open the door before the deadbolt engaged.
Hi team my lockely automatic mechanism has stopped working. I can open using the physical key though. But nothing is happening using finger prints or even the pad. It shows green light but the mechanism doesn’t work. Help pls
Basically the same that the not Elite one but with motion sensor and a useless solar panel be asked is basically made for interiors. I have the not Elite one and I feel scammed. I totally regret having bought this lock. Without a motion sensor, it does not record anything and the quality of “night video” is non-existent.

It works amazingly especially for area that have weak signal or connection. The only problem is you get a TOTAL OF 50 OAC(offline access code) I did not know this . To reset it is cumbersome and dumb in my opinion ( if this works) I factory resetted it and even though previous OAC were deleted .. I still got a 50 max OAC has been reached and cannot program anymore

@@thongnguyen143 as long as you are entering the assigned access PIN code, it doesn’t matter if you’re pressing the top left or bottom right circle if that circle contains your PIN number.
I found them in the box. There is a QR code for it and a QR code to set it up with the app as well It was attached to the box on the bottom it is easy to miss it

I think your locks are very intriguing, but I don't trust the bluetooth side of it... it can totally be hacked. Is there a way to disable the bluetooth on your locks? The pin gini idea I like, the fingerprint reader I like, the bluetooth I don't like. If I can disable it I'm interested.
Lockly's bluetooth seems very secure. Theres an activation code you need to enter to connect, then you still have to authorize your phone, I think it impossible for others to interfer through bluetooth without the activation codes.
bluetooth is a fixed component of Lockly smart locks. their locks are connected to mobile phones app via bluetooth. it is possible that you can connect to the app and just use keypad, fingerprint and keys but Lockly is a rich in features when it uses its app

Buyer beware . especially if you are buying to use the advertised features with your family. 1. ONLY administrator account can access video and audio feeds. 2. Administrator account can ONLY be installed on 4 devices. So if you have a family of 5 the 5th person cant access the features you paid 500 dollars for. 3. The accounts that can be added for your family will not allow them to access the video and audio feed.

However, we should have just noted the dimensions prior to purchasing. Otherwise, we love the doorbell. It works perfectly, and the video is very clear, even at night.

Any other user has to be within bluetooth range to lock or unlock the lock. Why? Not sure. These are by far not the most advanced smartlocks.

Hi, when will Lockly devices be Apple HomeKit compatible? I bought one, installed it along with the Wi-Fi hub and just realise now that it doesn’t work with Apple HomeKit which is a shame
