You screwed that up royally. You didn't bleed the top of the reservoir that is above the compression adjuster level. You needed to stand the shock up and get that air out.

Very Frustrated - I ordered a set to test these out and they are missing some !!!! You should check and seal the inner bags as they can't be opened and taken out.
Step up your game your help/install video kinda sucks . You need comments from your tech doing the work and don’t be a wuss and include the oil amounts and torques . Maybe explain cleaning grease off throughly before applying the lock tight would be a good idea too . Would be a good idea to not have people sliding seals over threads…… Just putting it out there . A lot of little but important things left out .
Sometimes it’s hard to remember just how spoiled we are in this day and age. This video is more than thorough without unnecessary dialogue. Hopefully you’ve figured out the process by now..

It is a bummer the kit does NOT come with the white AIR side piston oring seal. They should have included this in this expensive kit because you still need one to complete the fork kit.
@@maurizioprati6080 That is Amazing and thank you. I just purchased 2 kits last week and are incredibly well made! Is there major expense in producing the kits with the seal heads pre assembled from factory? Not to be nit picky but a quick plug and play without having to assemble the seal heads would have been pretty awesome. I appreciate you taking the time to read my comments. Will report back on performance gains.
How much do I need to heat to be able to remove the piston from the rod?, I use a RaceTech rod holder but the rod wants to rotate instead of the piston to loosen although I heated it quite much. On a 2017 kx450 fork.
