Archangel if you already had cavities and they were capped like years ago, is it OK to oil pool cause I just heard some negative about it but I’ve been pulling for a long time now
I get bruises on my hands and arms easily I use to take blood thinners but have not had any for at least six years. I just ordered vitamin C supplements from Standard Process I hope it helps. Thanks for sharing your information.
They can be done any time. Many people find the most benefit right after eating to assist the stomach from pushing upwards from being full with food. Others benefit when it is empty, or even after drinking some water, to create a little bit of weight to assist pulling down. I hope you find which approach works best for you.
It really is different for everyone. Some people find major relief after a single exercise. Others may do it a few times a day o feel the best results. I do hope you find them helpful and quickly! God bless to you as well 😊 🙏🏻
Greetings from Germany Dr. Joe, I found a similar video weeks ago and tried it out, it definitely helps! But one question is keeping me awake, the Diaphragm is not built like a solid sheet, but rather more like a alot of fibers interwoven in each other. So my question is can it damage the diaphragm and increase the hernia size? Thank you in Advance!
Hi Jeff. Sorry for a delay in response. That’s a great question! The muscles of the diaphragm are usually quite strong due to their constant use in respiration. However, some people that are not very active or who breathe very shallow with the upper muscles of the chest versus engaging in diaphragmatic breathing may have weaker muscles and should at least be conscious of that. With that said the maneuver should not be done that forcibly where it is painful. If done with mild to moderate pressure there should not be a risk of worsening the hernia. In fact if the stomach is able to remain in its normal position it should allow the body to heal better around where the hernia may be occurring. But always listen to your body if it ever becomes more painful and seek out a qualified doctor to further evaluate. I hope this helps answer your question. 😊
Thanks alot .U are the 1st doctor to show us how to breath i mean when to inhale or exhale during hand maneuver . I was sliding it down while u belly breathe😅 looked wrong . Can i ask when to do these exercises and how many times ? Can i stop meditations ? Can ido diaphragmatic breathing exercises just after the water exercise as i do this and sometimes feel it is wrong cause i feel that my lungs are tight also a contracted diaphragm?? To avoid their side effects? Thanks
Glad I read the transcript instead of watching this video. It was really a waste of time and words with no real concrete advice that we didn't already know.
Hello! You may purchase them through our online store: southsidechiropractic.standardprocess.com/ Search "echinacea" and there are 2 different kinds that will pop up!
This really helps to get the healing started for sure ! Eventually I needed to also work on diaphragmatic breathing because mine was a slipping hernia which means it would slip back up regularly… be careful not forcing your inhales and exhales, try to do them relaxed, contrary to what some people say about needing some compression of the abs, this actually made mine slip back up every time … I was dealing with chronically tight abs , probably due to stress. So I actually needed expansion AND relaxation of the abdominals.working on posture works well aswell, being overly slouched can compress the abs and make it slip back up. Hope this helps someone
Thanks it is helpful.. can I do some abs to avoid having a slouched belly. Or it would slide up also . Cause I was a tennis player and stopped for 2 years and my body strength decreased.
