Thank you for sharing this video with us all Mary. I remember Robert Canny very well and I must say that this short video is very informative indeed and I think it's wonderful that you put this video together for posterity, otherwise, all memory of Robert Canny and the Canny family would be lost and gone forever. When I was a youngster, my brother and I used to call around to Robert Canny's residence when we were out with the Wren on St. Stephen's Day. I well remember that we always received a hearty welcome from Robert, may God rest his soul.
Thanks very much for doing this, Mary. It brings many fond memories for us here in US, the hospitality shown by our Canny cousins, and of the hospitality your family showed me, when we were briefly neighbors in the spring of '88. My best to all the Brosnan family, hope everyone can keep well, especially now. John Downey, grandson of Catherine Canny Walsh.
