Founded in 1985 by a small group of passionate undergraduates including Academy Award Winner Mira Sorvino, the Harvard-Radcliffe Veritones are one of Harvard College’s contemporary, co-ed a cappella groups. We are known for the originality of our student-composed arrangements, our poise and stage presence, and the traditions that bring our tight-knit group together. While we are a contemporary a cappella group, our musical tastes reflects the diverse interests of all the Veritones’ members. Along with current pop hits, we have performed music spanning genres like jazz, country and indie/alternative. Along with two major performances every year in the historic Sanders Theatre, we entertain at a variety of events on campus and in the greater Boston-New York area. Additionally, our group takes pride in our winter and summer tours that bring our members free of charge to diverse locations, from big cities throughout the U.S. to international stages overseas.
I've been in love with A Cappella since The Sing Off. The soloist blew me out of the water with his range! The entire choir/group has so much control and talent!
Amazing, Especially the soloists range! Lowest note (A#1 I think) at 1:52 highest belt (G4), firstly at 2:17. And highest head voice (D5), at 3:28. 3 AND A HALF FREAKING OCTAVES. Keep in mind this is all in one video so it's definitely different when he tests his limits.
So much not Eric Burdon purity rough Soul,,, Like a Chef makes flawless dish with no emotional and 3 dimentional purity..... Sorry not even close the core
Absolutely AMAZING! I've been thinking of arranging this song for a while now, but you guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. I'm definitely looking back at this if and when I do my arrangement!
Such good vocals and creativity, not to mention how difficult it is to say in tune on something like this without instrumental backup! So, now, I am wondering who is going to tag Gracie Lawrence so she can see everyone doing her dance to a T! So good, ya’ll.😊
