Dear Martin. The model refers to movement in the plane of two soap bubbles coupled. The final representation of the bubbles is related to the appearance NGC3132. Thus, I see your movie and try to use the model. I would be very happy if you had files of photos taken in different periods of time (the goal is to compare the photos as the model).
Thank you Antonio. I am happy to hear I am able to help you in some way. I am interested to know more about your mathematical model.

Nao me canso de ver este video! Principalmente porque tenho um modelo matematico que me ajuda a me aproximar desta nebulosa. "Do not get tired of watching this video! Mainly because I have a mathematical model that helps me bring this nebula."
the reason you need colour filters blue green red and even yellow to make it have colour the image your seeing same with hubble it also has colour filters in that telescope
Thanks guitarmasta. Unfortunately for us mere humans nothing much looks colourful through the eyepiece except some stars and the planets. All nebulae types (planetary, Emission and reflection) as well as Galaxies are all seen as greyish smoke. Our eyes would need to be a thousand times more sensitive for us to see these wonderful celestial objects in colour. BUMMER, I know. However, there are colour video cameras which do a fantastic job of helping us see these deep sky jewels in colour.
Thanks Tina. The Raw avi looks so much better before converting to .flv When played in the default window (not full screen) it looks ok, but it becomes very soft to the point of it being out of focus. I guess there is a inherited tradeoff at times.
