Amazing a 45 yo bike can look this good and still be a blast to ride. Had an '80 850 Special. One of the bikes I enjoyed the most and miss the most. Ride a Z900RS among others and I'd rather be riding the triple back then, Love 'em.
Yes a old yamaha 750 , then 850 tripples I had one and it was a true comfortalbe bike for long haul. . .The sound of a tripple is viceral and it will pull hard from 3,500 rpm. . all the way to 9,000. . 🤩 Turn signal would turn off by themselves. . .
It's a 650 4 cylinder. There is no 675 Speed Triple. That would be a 675 Daytona or Street Triple and now a 765 in Street Triple guise. There was a 600 model before the 650. Both not triples. There was also a Speed 4.

Just saw the video of your gsxr1000… bike is NOSTALGIC. I had an 01 and an 02 I miss them both. Brings back such memories. How much did you sell for if you don’t mind me asking and do you regret/miss it?
That's an immaculate example of these bikes, really shows how well the guy took care of it all these years. Hopefully the new owner takes care of it just as good, they're basically an artifact at this point so it'd be a shame not to preserve it
Nice, I have the exact same bike but I wrapped it Grey, I also live In The springs off rockrimmon if you ever see me out riding stop and say what's up.
I’ve got one just like this one. Box Stock, <5k Miles. Bought it new in June 2001, it got pushed aside. Still love it…a solid motorcycle. By the way, it’s in Colorado too. Thanks for the video!
Are u selling this bike? I got 2004 Daytona 600 with 28,000 miles and I’m looking for a second Daytona and I came across your videos, I’m very interested if u are
if you’re still looking for one lmk bro, I have the exact same ‘05 daytona 675, only thing is I have an aftermarket back fairing so it has “600” engraved on the tail but it’s 675 on paper
I had a Y2K R750 which is pretty much the same bike just with less junk in the trunk. I did like it, but I remember feeling like sitting *_on top_* of a bike and little to hold on to. Even with Stompgrip on that tank, I dunno. it just did not work. Jumping up to a K3 R1000 was an upgrade, but still.... The ergonomics still just did not work for me. PS: That engine though lol
