I have 4 heads and they all tangle up inside. Have to restring them all the time. Two of them came with the two trimmers and Milwaukee gave me the other two. All four were tangled up right out of the box. Any suggestions. Can't get anywhere with Milwaukee anymore. It sucks.
Just wondering why you didn't just get 2 (8 square) and 2 (2 square) cubes shelves they're thicker wood and would've came out cheaper and safer. The Ikea wood is thin and cheap.
It would sit to high, and be less safe if you are worried about safety. The dressers are made to hold a lot of weight. It’s 5 years strong with no signs of it giving out.
Dude! scrap that head and replace it with a HusqvarnaT35 head and you'll forever be happier. You'll spend more time unjamming the line so that it will bump feed, than you will actually using the dang thing. The line tangles and jams ALL THE TIME no matter how well you think you wound it in there. Bad design. Won't bump feed well at all, you'll hate it. I've bent so many aluminum shafts trying to get this thing to bump feed than I'd like to admit. Save yourself some dough and and get the T35 head.
I love Milwaukee but with the 3.0 compact doesn’t seem to last for more than 20 charges, lasts me only about 6 months, my old 2.0’s several years old are still working. I like using 3.0 in my m12 FUEL surge impact and heated jacket.
I’m glad it helped, and to shine a tad bit of light. I have decommissioned the bed and now turned into a full size bed with out the other side. We recently moved and now had more space so we donated this version to our daughters. Plus you get another 4 drawers for my son! Your welcome
@@toolstech9630ou know if you will ever get a chance to post the video or any info about the center piece measurements and construction? Been a number of years I know but I keep coming back hoping to find something as I have been planing a full remodel for a while. Ordering the pieces in the next couple weeks so any help is appreciated. Cheers.
@@toolstech9630I couldn’t find a way to DM you. I finally got all the items yesterday after being sold out forever. I also have Brad nailer etc. I would love to find out your center piece sizing, assembly, supplies info as well as any suggestions for placement, nail size and application for the Brad nailer if possible. Thanks. I am stoked to finally be able to do this. Cheers.
@@toolstech9630got the Mil 18g Brad nailer just wondering what length you would recommend? Any other suggestions for placement or center piece construction also appreciated if you can. Thanks again @toolstech9630
Question can it withstand a lot of weight I’m on the heavy side and so is my bf and we would love to build one of these but I’m afraid of it breaking on us after build g
I am 190 and wife is 180. It with stood us perfectly fine. Plus our kids would always go and lay down with us at night…. In all honesty, it should be able to handle more weight than slated beds. Because each drawer dresser is built on its own and able to support a lot of weight. The nordli bed can withstand 550lb. That’s not the limit meaning it can with stand more. The one I build here is built a lot sturdier. I would assume 600lbs
It’s held up well, we have finally moved into our home and repurposed 1 of the 4 drawers for a regular dresser. But used the other sides for our daughters bedroom. Those are still holding up.
Heya buddy what was the outcome of the run time difference between the 2.0 and the 3.0 some feed back would be greatly appreciated. I’m not sure if you buy the m12 3.0 or the m12 5.0 or even upgrade to the 3.0 m18 with adapter
Hi, looking to do about the same. Been reading comment many people asked how it goes after a longer period, saw the drawer incident, but not much about if it's making any noise when you move around? Still like your setup or would you have done something different with current experience? Thanks.
It lasted us 4 years, and I ended up taking them apart because we finally got a house. So we repurposed the bed for drawers for clothes. Verdict on the bed, it was the best thing I ever did when sharing 1 bedroom with 4. No noises and after 4 years it was still rated for rated R action. All drawers lasted except 2. That’s becAuse I didn’t use all the hardware when building the drawers. Since the nordli dresser is still available, you can buy just replacement drawers. All in all it’s a great build. Thanks
It would have been nice if they had made it obvious in big letters that it was a LEFT HAND THREAD, saying IT is clockwise is ambiguous, it all depends if its your clockwise or the viewers.
What you did works, but might not work best for everyone. So the metal rod that comes with the brand new string trimmer head, that’s actually used to remove the old trimmer head. You would stick that rod in the same hole that you used the screwdriver for… and save a trip to find a tiny enough screwdriver that fits. So you don’t need a screwdriver at all. That said, i’m probably gonna lose the metal rod, and maybe the echo trimmer head is cheaper, so i’ll keep in mind I can use a screwdriver if I go that route. Thanks for making the vid!
Then you don’t get the storage inside the bed. I simply slide the front one outta the way and boom 💥 more storage! Plus that configuration only gives you I think 6 drawers. This gives you 12
I love this, but how many would I need for a California king bed? The measurements are 72 inches wide and 84 inches long... because I need the drawers...
