i was testing with connector and eventually took it out because it is simply not worth the commitment of extra and main deck space. if you get interrupted in your combo with connector you don't even have a fire in grave or the extra deck tool box to work with. i play a list like this with wanted and witch instead of connector and i swear by it because it essentially does the exact same thing without the crowding - turning any 3 bodies into full combo and any 2 bodies with a light fiend into full combo. this is what you are trying to achieve with connector but for the most part it's already done, you just have to get that last body out, which is coincidentally easy to do because even if you burn out your normal summon but still have a search you just grab turpin because he will always be live as the last body because of the fact that engraver can equip as part of combo. idk just my two cents love the content though
Enjoy the insight! Theirs a few issues that I personally deal with, with the list, like I stated it’s a ticking time bomb the banlist is gonna address the wanted and the fiendsmith will get addressed eventually. It’s a temporary fix! But 100% play it while we got it!
This list needs fire flint lady! Almost certainly connector is going to be hand trapped because dolphine will destroy the hand trap otherwise. When she gets hit you need that second body that doent care that she is a light warrior
Not Competative or anything but I use a small DDD Pack for fun to speedrun Angelica. Im not using fiendsmith or anything since the price is FAR to mutch for a Hobby Card Game. But I use 3x Contract with the gate with one Lamia and one Coper. Gate itself is a one Card combo to angelica Use Gate. Search Coper. Send Lamia. SS Lamia dump Gate Synchro Angeluca Since I use Fiends and Cards that equip I also can use Necroqip Princess in the deck
@TeamCOG_YGO I have been working hard on the deck.. It's frustrating, and at the same time, so much fun.. It's so rewarding when we figure out the deck and do well with it..
Angelica extend the deck gorgeously, she do great stuff but sadly she's as good as fragile and sometimes happens that my opponents keep an handtrap (or a form of interruption) in hand. So, since Angelica has a "When" effect, She always loose timing and i won't be able to keep playing. I know that you have other cards in hand to keep going maybe, but sometimes you really need her effect to resolve. So, can you make a video where you explain how to "keep going" if oppo stops you after chain Angelica's effect? Maybe other cards to continue the "Syncro climb" towards Charlemagne. Oliver/ricardetto are the best to extend past Angelica getting negated, she seldom will miss timing, most hand traps that interact with her, happen when she’s already using her effect. But sometimes it can come up, in the case you can use mesuem to move into sp/charles if you used Oliver to equip.

Card was horrible to see opening, I tested with it for a week straight and the amount of times I saw it in my hand was insane. Also if you want to use poplar play it in snake eyes it’s 10x better in that deck.
Infernoble was the decki played on my first regional and actuelly performed pretty well also won my first locals with it. It will always be one of my favorite decks
Been playing this deck on and off since the start of the year and i love it + the community around it, but holy fuck since last week it feels like sp turbo because that's all i get out after getting htrapped 3+ times. Like the vanquish soul package tho, that's honestly a super solid idea
Cool, no lvl 4 to pitch with witch. Ricardo does nothing. Discard for which, set OSS get ashed negged two. I have never been against the wanted/witch, I’ve always said that it’s a optional engine that’s not needed, people think this engine is so crazy(which it is to a extent) but never talk about opening multiple witches/wanted, not opening a lvl 4 to discard off the witch/ or this engine playing into hand traps. If mimighoul becomes an actual problem then I’ll give it that, atleast it puts the set monster off. Flint for what it does is perfect.

@@khainguyentuan5916 this is a sweet line, but it’s essentially a 3 card combo, one to pitch for the witch, one face up card to send for oss, and then the witch. I was trying to find a way to use accel eff to summon Angelica so we’d have a uneffected Angelica but required to many bricks.
Since your not doing ib or small roland in the main anymore, whats the 1 card combo through upper cutter? Are you only making one charles because youd be burning the equip searched by museum to trigger angelica banish?
Yeah it’s wild and you can play connector, only 2 issues, the price, and you have to know it’s a limited solution, the fiend smith engine will be addressed at some point and the deck will be back to where it is now.
It's probably a silly question, but if my opponent activates "Droplet" and sends a monster, then "Angelic Ring" negates its effect. Can my monster's effect within the chain still go through? Like Promethean Princess to target within that chain of droplet and angelic ring.
It’s not silly! But no, droplets sends for cost so you can’t respond and angel ring checks at resolution to negate so the window to activate a monster is still blocked by droplets
Been testing with vanquish for a while. The only add i felt was worthwhile is panthera. Shes at least a free summon if your main mon zones are clear, meaning if you link summon, she can still come out. Trying to test connector with fiendsmith but extra is crazy tight. Keep up the good work man. Well get them next year. I will be trying my hand at YCS sacramento next month
Hi, i know that you don't like the black Which package, but what about the fiendsmith one, you can use the connectro+dolphin in to moon instead of isolde and do a lot of cool stuff. Are you gonna try it or you will be keeping away from this meta engine?
Depends on cost, I’m only against the witch because I don’t feel it’s needed for the deck to be good and leads to subpar hands. I do like how it makes connector useful again and a gives the deck a one card combo!
Dude, much respect for keeping the dream alive!! I've bounced between the Ib"solde" list and a list running Flame Swordsman stuff as more of a going second deck. (I only play locals/friendlies before I get flamed in here lol) I didn't even think of a Stake your soul package, might be looking around for that. This deck is one of the few things still keeping me in yugioh.

Im getting a lot of luck trying 1 fenrir 1 rise 1 unicorn 1 birth and 1 planet (and 1 terraforming) 2 bad this engine makes me more vulnerable from droll, but at least it guarantes some play under shifter and baiting other interaction. I think is also good because it also guarantes me a level 4 fire warrior which a lot of times could help. Still thinking if still including or giving away it for something like more board breakers (I don't play HT, I only play 3 talent, 3 drnm and 3 evenly matched which sinergies with the best normal of the deck)
