I found your channel years ago & I was in a depressing state it was an episode of psych & listening to it made me feel a feeling I only feel in church (I’m Mormon) & then I wanted to know who narrated it & I just listened to your music & seen you really are the person you portray yourself as & I watched your vlogs a lil bit & you said things to lift people up & help people mentally & then I noticed you respond to your community theirs never any hate of negative vibes what’s so ever glad to see you’re still the narrator & I’ve been on adhd meds all my life I recently started meds for anger / anxiety it’s more of depressed bursts after traumatic events now than me just laying in the dark everyday until my body was sore from laying down so much I wouldn’t eat Mainly just snack & drink water Barely did anything but lay in the dark Didn’t wanna play the game watch tv or anything it was jus laying down trying to pass my days as fast as I could Now it’s jus anger & anxiety from how life is constantly on me
Wow thank you for sharing. I’m so glad you found your way here. It’s .. quite a bumpy ride isn’t it? The whole existing thing lol. Some days / weeks/ months are much harder than others but I hope the medication helps balance some things out for you. Diet and hydration and the right balance of sleep is so difficult for us and it seems so simple and obvious for others lol. I’m happy to hear you’re hydrating and hey snacking is better than nothing.

And now, you post this sleep video, which is so unusual lol. I love it so much. I love coincidences. And the thing is, I know all of this stuff, yet my sleep sucks because I don't take the steps to give myself good rest. Oopsie.
@@amandasilvera no because what happened is I was watching another video and I was trying to comment on it, but for some reason something happened with my laptop and it glitched and took me back to your video which I watched before, and I didn't even notice this posted on your channel. I was trying to post it to my other RU-vidr friend's Channel, MVPerry, because he made a video similar to the channel I had mentioned called Psych2Go, and Psych2Go also made a video similar to something MVPerry would do lol. So sorry! 😭 I didn't even know this comment was posted until just now. I just woke up from a nap 😭 And to answer your question, Psych2Go posts educational psychological videos for bettering psychological health and mental health and stuff, and MVPerry posts fun entertaining videos.

If you want to foster a healthy society you need to start with the education of the young. Many of these restaurants societies are losing their way because the younger generations are lost and Don't value themselves, the future, the concept of family etc. Why should there they were told that the most important thing in life was to get several letters behind their name so that they could make lots of money only to them find out in trying to get those letters there go into immense debt and now cannot find a job that will actually pay them nor can they afford to buy a home. Education system is One of the major roots of the problem and it's something is not done an entire generation or two are going to be lost completely
Some cycles should be accepted, embraced and enjoyed while others call upon us to make efforts and exercise mindfulness in order to break free of them.

I always hope that you're well because riding the 🎢 called life can be (and often is) uncertain and unpredictable with its ups, downs, twists, and turns. As I once said, life is a cycle of tumultuous quests and what you do with it is anyone's guess.
I had to give up one on one sessions and fell off for the past few months. Today was my first time trying alone .. I hope to get back into it, I miss it so much. It’s just not the same without my instructor but hey, solo is much cheaper 🥲🙏🏼😂

I love this. E major with a little pentatonic flavor right? I put some lite volume slow string ensembles on it and got some ideas, it doesn’t need anything, it sounds great, but that’s just what I like to do. I wish I had more time to make music… did I say it sounded great yet, lol.
Do you have Asian stores in your area or maybe order online. They sell creams (super minty creams) to massage in your forehead (i include massaging even the eyebrows area ) whenever I have migraines. Because sometimes medicines I’d take won’t work.
