As Nashville has grown, David Tucker’s boots have been on the ground in more ways than one. By day he’s worked as a welder, building the skyscrapers that define the skyline; by night he’s been performing in town and honing his craft. David grew up in Kentucky, where he started out singing in church. After building a following in his home state, his music led him to Nashville, where he paid his dues performing in venues from local hotspots to CMA stages. Since then he's crafted a new musical vision, grounded in his roots and upbringing, where you’ll hear love, heartache, records spinning & candles burning. His songs share real truths from his own life and his collaborators on their journeys through love, music, Nashville & more. David’s debut EP, to be released in 2021, combines the experiences & insights of his life journey with his own modern country sound. Drawing influence from 90’s country & gospel, rap to rock & roll, his diverse background makes this his most authentic music yet.
This version is really growing on me. Not gonna lie... I didn't love it at first. I felt it was a bit too different but I feel you guys rally made it your own.

Thank you David Tucker Your music is awesome and thanks for keeping Augusta Ky on the map. I was born and raised there myself. Your video made me homesick. It brought back lots of memories.
My first time ever hearing this song. Goose bumps. I cannot claim to be from Kentucky, but I live here now because it's the right place for my family and I to be. I am so proud just to say that I live here. I will always uphold the honor of this beautiful state and it's gracious citizens. Someday, I may be able to say that I am an honorary Kentuckian. That would make be very proud.
I would say you are an honorary Kentuckian. And this coming from a Kentuckian who ancestors came from Virginia before Kentucky was a state and a part of Virginia.
I have so much kentucky in my blood. Mom and her whole family is from kentucky dads from ohio but his parents and whole family is from kentucky since i was born in crappy ohio I deny it and say I'm from gods grace land and the most beautiful state of the United States. I would give about anything to be born there instead of where im at. God bless kentucky. Go big blue!
