Just an added note- i lost 60 pounds doing carnivore very quickly- maybe 6 months. This caused lots of extra skin on my 60 year old body. I made mistakes. Didnt eat enough protein at that time. Now i do. I have been following the protocol Ben discusses in the video for over a year. Small progress BUT it will happen. It happens slowly. 1/2 to 1% per month. Give it time. I see less skin than a year ago. But slowly. Take pictures so you can compare in several months because you may not realize the change along the way. 💚

If you check the science behind how the body functions, and talk to people about their diet, you will find out (except in very rare cases) that eating the reccomend foods, and avoiding the foods recommended to avoid, you will definitely see and feel the difference in your body. I wish I would’ve heard of his book sooner. I’m currently getting chemo for breast cancer. I don’t feel I’m metabolically healthy however I haven’t lost my hair so maybe I’m doing something right! I am about 30 pounds overweight and over past 7-10 years can’t seem to figure out a way to lose it. Weight keeps creeping up.

Thank you for the fasting plan I’m on week 3 and I feel great and have lost 8lbs so far. I sleep so well and I have high energy. Im a night shift nurse and I have never felt this good during the day and night . I finally get enough sleep. I am able to sleep. THANK YOU!
Regarding eggs, just make sure you don't boil them where the yoke is hardened. Keep the yoke moist (sunny side up, over easy/medium, poached, soft boiled). Pasture-raised eggs of course.
Your video it’s really enjoyable to watch . Very informative. I want to try it for sure . Just confused a little bit . If I can only eat between 8 am -2 pm . I am wondering if I will feel hungry to eat 3 meals . Any suggestions? Maybe adjust the window? Thanks
