Just an added note- i lost 60 pounds doing carnivore very quickly- maybe 6 months. This caused lots of extra skin on my 60 year old body. I made mistakes. Didnt eat enough protein at that time. Now i do. I have been following the protocol Ben discusses in the video for over a year. Small progress BUT it will happen. It happens slowly. 1/2 to 1% per month. Give it time. I see less skin than a year ago. But slowly. Take pictures so you can compare in several months because you may not realize the change along the way. 💚

This guy knows what he's talking about. If you check the science behind how the body functions, and talk to people about their diet, you will find out (except in very rare cases) that eating the reccomend foods, and avoiding the foods recommended to avoid, you will definitely see and feel the difference in your body. There is an old saying: "We use our teeth to dig our graves"

I wish I would’ve heard of his book sooner. I’m currently getting chemo for breast cancer. I don’t feel I’m metabolically healthy however I haven’t lost my hair so maybe I’m doing something right! I am about 30 pounds overweight and over past 7-10 years can’t seem to figure out a way to lose it. Weight keeps creeping up.

The seed oii study you reference is for DEEP FRIED vegetable oil...This is NOT the same as room temperature seed oils: "Online databases were searched for articles up to January 2020. Forty-two articles met the inclusion criteria. Canola Oil significantly reduced total cholesterol (TC, -0.27 mmol/l, n = 37), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C, -0.23 mmol/l, n = 35), LDL-C to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (LDL/HDL, -0.21, n = 10), TC/HDL (-0.13, n = 15), apolipoprotein B (Apo B, -0.03 g/l, n = 14), and Apo B/Apo A-1 (-0.02, n = 6) compared to other edible oils (P < 0.05).

For the next 10 days: 1) Fasted Cardio first thing in the AM, for at least 5x per week for the next 10 days. (2:37) 2) Eat an 18/6 time restricted eating schedule (8 AM--Noon--2PM) (6:41) 3) Carnivore diet (8:28) 4) Avoid seed oils (10:37) 5) One 24-hour water fast (13:15) 6) 90 minutes of deep delta sleep each night (14:35) 7) Vitamin G (16:52) Excellent!

Unrealistic for working class people. I leave house at 6, return around 5 or later. No breakfast to extend my fasting window.

Thank you for the fasting plan I’m on week 3 and I feel great and have lost 8lbs so far. I sleep so well and I have high energy. Im a night shift nurse and I have never felt this good during the day and night . I finally get enough sleep. I am able to sleep. THANK YOU!

Regarding eggs, just make sure you don't boil them where the yoke is hardened. Keep the yoke moist (sunny side up, over easy/medium, poached, soft boiled). Pasture-raised eggs of course.

do you mean fish oil supplements? Some are supposed to be clean, perhaps even cleaner than fish due to pollutants which have been removed in fish oil.

Whast about adding Bullet Proof coffee/tea w MCT oil n blended to knock down grehlin your hunger hormone in the mornings. And its anti cancer and turns directly into Ketones in your liver getting ketones in your body as some people are not able to be "fat adaptive".
