Oh my god ... where's the rest ? I think Scotland won because England make it sound like everything is perfect and everything is the best when you let immigrants in . However that's not the case and Scotland easily rebutted that . Scotland's points were more strong . But I gotta see the rest to be sure 😫😫😫
Why is there so much personal opinion in this debate? I think? I feel? Where are the facts and logical arguments? I'm 16 minutes in but. The affirmative gave the weakest emotionally based intro and the negative is not crushing her for it enough. I cant go on.
Are you talking about points of information? It's where you can challenge a statement the speaker made if they accept your POI. :) Normally speakers must accept a certain amount of POIs in their speech. :)
Ronette Castillo this isn't parliamentary debate. It's world schools. It's proposition vs opposition. There don't have to be parameters or def of terms, they are only there if you have an overwhelming broad topic. However, they do actually have them and they're set up when it's stated that the opposition has to prove x to win the round (I believe in this one it is that they have to prove immigration has been bad).
