The people who wish to trample on our Bill of Rights and Constitution are very organized and good at what they do. In order for us to stand a chance, we must stand together.

You’re mistaken in calling it a justice system. It’s a judicial system or more exactly a control system. You don’t have to look any further than the fact that neither the accused or their attorney can tell the jury they have the Right to nullify anything they don’t agree with. Nullification is a rock solid part of first English, then colonial American, then American common law but legislatures and judges made it illegal to tell jurors that. All because of the war on drugs that was nothing more than a war on anti war protestors, Hispanics, blacks, the poor, liberals, and anybody else the police wanted to use it on. The same way open and concealed carry bans were to keep people, especially blacks and the poor of all races, from being able to defend themselves effectively against governmental tyranny, You’re fighting the good right and I have no doubt you’ll win on appeal. Then sue sue sue those cops and try to sue the prosecutor. This is egregious enough a federal court might waive prosecutorial immunity and will almost certainly waive qualified immunity for he cops.
In my city cops held a car at gunpoint. One cop was heard saying "Come out with your hands out." The second officer was heard saying "When they get out shoot them" the occupants proceeded to exit the car and got into a shoot out with the cops. All suspects(3) in the car died and one bystander was shot by a cop a block away due to mistaken identity even though it was a block away and all suspects were seen dead at the scene. One officer used his car as a shield/barrier for cover fire with a minor inside that was on a ride along. The officer who shot the bystander has so far shot and killed 4 people aside from him and only recently was fired for shooting a high schools mascot(a cat that lived in the sewer for years not the schools actual mascot.)
Arrested, sent to trial. He won on appeal. He didn't sue due to a previous case (not involving him) that sided with the officers having probable cause since the initial case was a guilty verdict, when though that case was also overturned.
Failure to provide badge numbers . Failure to safely secure the firearm after violation of fourth and second amendment right . Harrasment for ordering to walk the opposite direction after traffic stop . And holding hostage and kidnapping

Be nice to them, give them your ID, STATE WHY YOU’RE CARRYING (ex: it’s not only my RIGHT, but I’m carrying it for protection) if you’re walking home, different story, but you literally drove somewhere and got out and started walking around with families and shit. That’s how CITIES operate, if you wanna walk around in boxers and tote a damn 240, live in the South where you can do that shit. Cities operate different BECAUSE THERE’S OTHER PEOPLE. I hate when people use their rights. Makes people mad when they do that. It'll make people want to take away their rights. They should stop using their rights, thus making them worthless. Otherwise, they're clowns.
I understand why you want this man to be stopped but it is a crime for the officers to stop him when he committed no crimes. Do you really want taxpayer money going to someone doing something that you hate?

I don't care what strange outdated laws they have down there, filming yourself walking around with a machine gun is borderline deranged behaviour & with all the mass shooting going on it's no wonder the police didn't appreciate it.

@@bear3663 Machine gun, assault rifle, same difference. That kind of equipment can kill dozens of people in seconds. The cops kept a level head and handled the situation correctly. Some idiot cops shoot people for reaching for their drivers license too fast so he should consider himself extremely lucky.

Something that looks scary, is a rifle and fires bullets? The cop violated the law. You don't think that cops should follow the law, but that's a great way to give these people more money for more guns and more time on their hands to continue doing what you don't like them to do.
