When one parent lies to the court they benefit but the children suffer. It’s child abuse to separate a child from a fit parent. . Lawyers and Judges don’t seem to prevent these things from happening. There seem to be no immediate remedy if the illegal separation occurs.

Alright, I will say that abuse is not something that you just get over. Maybe it is in their best interest to be with family, however, you need to take into count that A and J are older teenagers. And R and E are young kids. These kids need a lot of support and will take time to heal mentally and physically from what happened. And that is with any abuse at any age. You learn how to live again. I was sexually assaulted by my dad from the ages on 10 to 16. I left when I was 17/18. I kept running away, I decided to go ahead with changing my gender, until I had the guts to finally speak up and got my dad to admit what he did and reported it. I also realized that I never really wanted to change my gender. I was living in fear. Abuse...especially being abused as a child is a lot for anyone to take on and to support 4 kids who went through abuse is a lot to ask. I do know that Ruby's sister has kids too. Having kids of her own and then if she adds kids who would be considered high needs is a lot to take on. Lets not go and jump down their throats for not stepping in. Maybe they want to but it would be a lot to take on for them right now. Or maybe A, J, R, and E don't want to. Maybe A and J don't want to Maybe they all just don't trust their family yet. Who knows. You don't know. Its not information for the public. These are kids who are underage and their information and their cases need to be kept away from the public...as much as we all want updates...it will happen when it happens and if not thats ok too! They are safe in foster care. Being in the system sucks however, they need to relearn how to trust, how to live, how to be cared for, how to love others and themselves, how to be a kid, etc. So, no, they should not be with family. Not yet.

My ex called police saying I had guns and was going to kill my children, SWAT teams came, all because I didn't pay her power bills, she got caught red handed telling my daughter to lie , they dropped my charges but tried to force a plea deal based on a traffic violation from years ago. I have contact with the prosecutor, I’ve provided an ad litem from previous cases in Idaho that is a great resource to speak to so she can relay the behavior she witnessed the past 2 years from him, running from CPS, she’s never been disaplined. Like baby girl is way behind in behavior, emotional development and is at a preschool level. I gave the prosecutor the Casa lady’s info and nobody has called to speak to her. Dad doesn’t want me involved so I can’t tell the department anything that’s important for them to make an informed decision. Narcissist, manipulative. In this situation, she better off not being reunited with her dad. I’m working as quick as possible to get my paperwork filled but worst comes to worst, I’d rather have my parents either foster or adopt her. How do you ask a judge to really look into your exes income. She is claiming that she provides for the kids all on her own. My husband pays his support, as he should, but she's trying to get more. We buy them there clothing and shoes and so does the uncle. She's been on TANF for 5 years now so her time is up, she can no longer receive money through the state. But my husband knows her living situation, first hand. She doesn't have to pay rent because her brother provides for the girls yearound. He pays the rent, bills, gives them rides to school and everything. He's a great uncle. He should be receiving the child support because she literally does nothing but get involved when she either wants to try and take time away or start a fight. Now that her time is up, she is claiming that she will only be working 9 hours a week. I believe that's false. She tells us that she works year round but then we get these letters in the mail stating that she has no income. That is why they imputed her hours. She is an illegal immigrant so if she is working it must be under the table. Because I know that when I applied for TANF one time, I was only eligible for around 25 dollers and I worked about 40 hours all month. Now alot of what she does is crooked but how can we prove it? Can he just tell the judge that he knows her situation? I think her brothers income should also be imputed because he is the 1 that supply them aside from my husband
