Im new to this channel and so far have found the best information out there. The topic in this video is something I've been wondering but haven't been able to find the answer. Thank you for this great knowledge. Would love it if you could cover spring vs bungee rebounders. There is so much conflicting information on this.
I bought a quality rebounder after doing a lot of research. While doing my research I have never come across anyone that is unhappy with rebounding. Everyone talks about how wonderful it is and how wonderful it makes them feel. Most people say it has changed their life for the better. So I had high hopes and expectations. Unfortunately for me it has not lived up to those hopes and expectations. I don't feel better after using my rebounder I feel worse. Parts of my body hurt that never had before and parts that sometimes hurt hurt more. I used to quickly walk two miles a day for exercise but got tired of it so looked for something else and found rebounding. I am going to keep trying since I paid a lot for my rebounder but it is frustrating.
I have used a rebounder for years. Had a triple bypass 4 weeks ago. I wondered if I can now start doing the health bounce again? This is such a good video.

I so appreciate your videos. They have really taught me so much about rebounding i did not know. There is one thing i still do not understand ... where does the lymphatic drainage go? is it just through the bathroom process? Pls explain.
Hi Karen, firstly this depends on your prolapse. In general, rebounding is a cell strengthening exercise which can assist in strengthening tissue. Remember that even a gentle bounce will initially add an increase in pressure so you need to seek the advice and approval to rebound from your attending medical professional. If approval is given, always start with short regular sessions with your feet remaining on the mat.

I started rebounding and when I went for my check up my lymphocytes were quite a bit higher. I am menopausal and age 68. Would that have been caused by rebounding? Thank you.
I bought a 48” and I’m petite, can’t span the thing with my hand and foot so I weighted one side down with the feet of my sofa, a sewing machine. Put pillows in the center and lifted from the outside of it. Worked
