You can set campfires to burn apparel and make a detail not to smelt non-tainted stuff so you can sell it later. Also works at smelters and crematoriums I think.
Started playing this one on winter holidays in 2023. Bought expansions week ago. I will finish it after PoE Necropolis, if LE doesn't have anything solid to offer. What a time to be alive. Future is bright.
Yet ANOTHER "oh, he's a cannibal" play through. Almost all RU-vidrs I watch playing this game do pretty much the same boring shite. You all think you're doing something amazing, and it's almost always as dull as fuck.
Already seen comments on the fact that ppl are surprised its a small audience channel, ill make my own to pump the activity lol. Absolutely true, i was like, this dude is great, gotta subscrib.. Whoa whoa whoa, 500% gotta subscribe) You should be able to blow up pretty quick in rw community, quality is top-notch. Ill add a couple of self-replies later with all the cool things you might not know about(for example that imprisoned/enslaved pawns get released to their faction theyve been imprisoned/enslaved from)
When i played without mods (never bothered to try them out) my favorite and most often used start was Naked Brutality Ice sheet edited to tribal and removed man in black (i remove him for all scenarios). Having no wood really makes difference. Though this start always require good Close combat skill. When i finally tried mods i sadly can't start like that. Most mods a tribal\medival, research is slow (and 1 out of 3 random with no rerolls) and even if rimedival didn't remove later stages it would still take ages to progress to electricity. Not having wood on medival settings is possible but not really fun. (Though i can't build roofs at the start with my mods so outliving cold is impossible on naked brutality.)
You joke about "stinky bum" but there is an item in-game that....well I won't spoil it but it was a nice touch on the part of the Devs. EDIT You found them, I was taken aback by the beautiful immaturity of that item. One of Grim Dawn's strongest aspects is the variety of viable builds, this was also true of Titan Quest (which is worth dipping back to as well).

Not really, there's very little hand holding. But doing something like this you're bound to just follow quests. Not to mention it's still very early access

No mention of the farmers double jump(argh) or just how difficult getting to the carpenters vault for a level 3 or 4 character it was. I also can't seem to dodge properly(pressing ctrl and d or a) and getting killed multiple times by the Scavengers Matron, who one shotted me with her poison bile, Got her in the end by making her follow me to the tunnel I came in by and then picking her off where she couldn't reach me. With the next character I lured her into a hole I created and bombed her to death. I've been playing enshrouded for weeks now and still haven't mastered the dodge, Is it easier with an Xbox controller because I'm a keyboard & mouse guy. Also watch out for the Lava as you backpedal while fighting 3 badies (argh! killed yet again). What surprises me is how many people complain that it's too easy, Maybe it's because I'm an old fart(75) and you young things are so much more dexterous, or you don't mind dying multiple times. Just in case you think I'm just useless(a distinct possibility) I have completed Grim Dawn(my previous favourite game) on the elite level with several different characters! Feel Free to laugh at me, BUT I would prefer advice with how to manage the dodge roll because I just can't seem to manage it properly. I've got hold of a Logitech G13, that might solve my problems.
