Best bread recipe out there? No knead, No folds, low yeast, fridge versatility. You do need a dutch oven but who doesn't on sourdough. It works! Thanks for the new concept.
I made these a couple weeks ago and accidentally cooked them a bit too long( a little darker than they should be) but it actually gave the buns an amazing flavor. I am going to make them again this time watching the time. But I highly recommend. they were delicious.
By far the best bread recipe! The instructions resulted in exactly what she said. Soft airy inside with that hint of sourdough and thin crunchy crust 😋
