Love your box n that other one with the legs n flowers on the outside was so cute...I tend to like everything covered from collecting dust..but one who sews could make a cover for it...or one could use a bit deeper a box n place the cover over it when not using it..
Hello, Kim, so sorry to hear you are going through some struggles and I hope all will turn out okay. I enjoyed hearing your update and seeing your new digitals, so lovely. I look forward to seeing the videos/tutorials that you mentioned and congrats on your growing subscribers, so exciting to get to 5K. That's amazing and well deserved. Best wishes and better days ahead. Hugs, Kitty.
Thanks for the update, Kim. Those of us who miss you & are thinking about you are grateful for the news. I'm so happy that you're able to focus on projects even if they are small. Not crafting leaves a hole in one's days and hearts so carry on sweet girl! Hugs, H
Good morning my sweet friend, thank you for the catch up and the conversation. I was happy to be able to keep the group going. It’s been a lot of fun so far. Yes! So close to 5k! Excited for that to happen! Beautiful watercolours. Look at those sweet fairy girls , ooh the bikes are beautiful. Love the vintage/grungy kit, so full of yummy. I too love jumbo tags. The washi strips are great. Wow love your big flowers! Amazing! Love using and making little notebooks like you. Great way to repurpose. All your makes are beautiful. Thanks for sharing. God Bless Kim, hugs and love to you both ❤🙏🌹
Good Morning Kim! Brenda is a wonderful person, and she does so many wonderful crafts! Gratz on your nearly 5k subscribers! I hope you get there. I have to say, that was pretty cool that the glue just peeled off of the gel plate. You have so many great ideas! Thanks for sharing them with us!
Good suggestion, Kim - and thanks for sharing your experience. It is disappointing indeed that the sticky paper you initially put on did not do the trick. I do wonder how easy it is to clean the glue off the gelli plate. How did that go?
Hello, I've done this technique for awhile. My tip with intricate dies use a piece of wax paper when you cut it out. It comes out of the die so easy. Take care. Love the tip.
brilliant. Instead of your glue lid to tap it down, you could use the roller used for a gel plate and roll it over the glued image. Even flip it over and roll the back. But brilliant idea for gluing delicate die cuts. I have some that are spruce trees...what a pain lol
Hi Kim, What a wonderful haul. My fav were the embroidered pieces. The butterfly placemat was lovely. And the keys.....I'll certainly be on the lookout at Dollarama. Hugs
Hi Kim, Love watching your thrifting videos. 💙. I haven't had time this summer to do much thrifting. It's been a busy one!! What awesome gems you found, especially the blue pillowcase cover! Just gorgeous. I'm looking forward to seeing you make journals out of the blue placemat too! And (btw) I was yelling my name when you held up the "R"! LOL! To funny!! Can't wait to see what else you have thrifted in the last few months. 🤗
We are definitely on the same page hahaha I'm watching your video and I'm thinning ohh I got those flower stickers and beads top from the dollarama..lol and I literally did a video for next week TT explaining the exact same thing about taking them apart! Haha great minds think alike!! Hehe Happy crafting!! ❤
I thought I was the only one that did this with paper bags. I thought I was crazy even saving the handles. I get loads when I get my Groceries delivered. TFS
Hi Kim, I haven't tried the fabric melting technique yet but loved it when I watched your flower making series. The timing of the appearance of your glass mat led me to remember that I actually have one! Yoy yoy yoy. And need it for my next video! I picked up a couple storage/organizational ideas that I may adopt for my situation. In other words, a great video. H
Hi Kim, you got another awesome haul. I appreciate hearing that you experiment with deconstructing trims & break down some that may be too much on their own. Hugs, H
Good morning, Kim. So nice to see you again, and what a great thrift haul. I love hearing your plans for each item. I haven't been thrifting lately so it's fun to see what you found. I hope you'll do a video of your die-cuts. Wishing you a great week.
Happy Sunday dear Kim! Wholly kamoly! Love everything! The black and white pillow case is wow! The place mat with butterflies is pretty. So many gorgeous trims. Thank you,so much for sharing all your treasures! Hugs and love to you both ❤❤
Beautiful fabrics Kim. I can’t wait to see what you do with them. Ooh, the pink is wonderful. I paid over $1,200.00 for my cat’s surgery, nine years ago, after she swallowed thread. She did fine and would do it again if she had access to my thread.
don't blame me for your weakness my dear! lol, so looking forward to see what you make ... omg the keys are wonderful, butterflies are beautiful and I would love to see how you would make something like them. I would hang them up on my wall with some of the other things I have up there. OOHHH MY can you put a piece of the purple butterfly fabric in my box? amazing you found the same fabric, and so much of it!
I just traced your channel from the Instagram link in Creative Fabrica. I am the old lady fan of yours, for safety I do not use my real name in any public site, but it is me. Your art really caught my eye and lo and behold, I found you have a RU-vid channel, so I can follow you here now. Subscribing in this very moment. From the link in CF I went to your Instagram and in the shabby chic cards I saw you had a tube channel, so here I am. I would recommend anyone following you to get the fabulous set you just uploaded in Creative Fabrica, the tags are great. Wish you all success, very happy to have discovered you. 💖
Glad you are enjoying summer! I am looking forward to fall!! I feel inspired now to go cut up my clothes. haha Seriously though, I love the ideas for pockets, flips, tassels and such. Love the shower hook idea too for displaying your supply. Thanks! I'm off to catch up on your other videos. :)
