Great review. Eight years later this is still the only review actually showing the light and its capability. I'm sold. Grabbing me one now methinks. Great work.
Can you tell me how you have it mounted? I’m having a birthday party in my apartment and plan on buying the Kinta FX and a Mini Kinta but have no idea on how to mount them.
i get it but these are good quality for the price. I have done a ton weddings and parties with just one 15 and no sub. great speaker have had it for at least 8 or 10 years and its still running strong just sayin.
Hey, do you know if you can set it by dmx to scroll trough patterns on its own, or does it just sit on the one pattern according to the dmx setting you leave it on?
I'm running these exact speakers and just purchased a pair of Seismic 15" Baby Tremors from Ebay. 529.00 for a pair (combo pack). WOW. is all I can say. Ran the out puts from my Behringer 10 channel into the tops, then from these to the Baby Tremors. All I can say is... WOW!! Clean with punch. I'm a drummer by trait and have not gone to DJinh... my whole system fits into a Chevy Equinox.... I know this vid is old, but if you haven't picked up any bottoms.. go check them out on Ebay.. OH.. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon, and rec'd the following Wednesday... from MO. to WI.. 3 days. WOW again!!! DjJerry
I had a pair of these speakers that I was playing my Fender Mustang Floor through. As well as music tracks. They do sound OK for the price. They are not studio monitors. They also don't cost $280 a piece. The way you have to approach these issues is to look at your budget. If you must have speakers and you only have say, $300 to spend, you very well can't buy a pair of speakers where one speaker alone costs $280 (which is the price range that the "good" speakers start in). If you can wait, save, do it. Get a better speaker. But I used my set for over a year almost daily, sometimes getting loud but not abusing them, and they sounded good to me and never let me down. I have now sold them and looking into stepping up though. Possibly into Ev's. I remember Ev's used to be good in the old days. So were Peavey. I don't have a lot of $$$ to spend so I'm following my own advice. Buy within the budget or wait.
thank you for this memorable clip! I was way outta there by this time :p ahaha thank you El Paso! #SCMF15 yall come out to Houston for Something Wicked :D
+Steve Taylor You will have a much better effect with fog in the air, as you can actually see the beams of light...almost like laser beams even though its only LED.
