I tried to clean the screen as you suggested but the scratches remain -.- I’ve learned to ignore them and I’m glad I waited to even attempt to replace the screen protector until seeing this vid because I didn’t realize the film is part of the screen and not meant to come off 😅
Sorry if my question seems too advanced but I have to ask because I'm a microtonal musician. If you set the pitch bend range to +-1 semitone...does altering the pitch bend LSB by 1 bit actually change the pitch? That would be a precision of 16384/200 cents = 0.0122 cents resolution. Does it actually work? or are most of the pitch bend LSB's being ignored? If the bends are working with 14-bit precision then I could use JD-990 for 7-voice polyphony (1 note per MIDI channel)

8:04 That's my opinion as well. Manufacturers should focus on simplicity and the use case of a paper-like tablet. When I look at my Boox Air 3C, even though they have implemented a lot of nice features, it is already too much for me. It would be better if they worked on the details and made the usability as perfect and efficient as possible.
I have bought Fusion III OMS B-stock on Thomann 25th aniversary. It costed only 205 EUR - bargain. As for all guitars in this price range I needed to do fret dressing on edge sides and fret polishing (dremel and polish compound) and now it is guitar better then Solar AB2.6C that I recently purchased and Solar costed 600 bucks. Buying Harley Benton You need to be aware that You can gain flawless guitar but also You need prepare to perform fret edge dressing and fret polishing. I am personally prepared for that. I had Jackson HT7P Pro for 1100 Eur and it had dead fret and it needs to be hammered, glued and leveled. For +1000 EUR guitar it was pain, so for me 200 EUR Harley Benton is still wonder. Of course, everything is about personal preferences and experiences.
Thanks for another great video 😊. I noticed you said that the Kobo Sage is your favourite eReader…it’s also what I use strictly for reading (use my reMarkable 2 for writing). I like the Kobo ecosystem but I’m debating getting something with colour as I also read drawing magazines. What would you recommend for a colour eReader in current or possibly upcoming market, 8” or larger? I currently read magazines on my iPad, but it’s bulky and heavy to hold for reading. Look forward to a possible recommendation in your next Q&A session 😊.

Hello. Have E-Ink technologie reached its speed limits? Can future tablets be faster than Onyx Boox Tab Ultra C Pro? Or has the technology reached its peak? I mean that there is some speed limit imposed by the physical structure of the technology itself. And beyond this limit, it doesn't matter what kind of powerful processor or memory you use, because the limits have already been reached.

Thank you very much for your kindness :) No, it's not a direct experience in that line of business, but I have been an employee in both successful and unsuccessful businesses in my past. I've found that the failures are the ones that taught me to recognize the signs early on, so that I know what to do, as an employee (try to fix what I can, and if that fails, look for a new position in good time) :) Years later, when I am no longer in that position (thankfully, my own boss, with a set of challenges upon itself), but I do look back on those experiences and try to not repeat the same mistakes, on a daily basis. I also work as a production consultant from time to time, where I evaluate the current work pipeline, team dynamics, organization, management, and then look for weak and strong points, and draw up a list of changes, actions, suggestions needed to fix or improve weaknesses. So, I guess all of that combined does amount to something 😁
Monochromatic images should never have color rendering bleed through, under any circumstances. It doesn't happen on other devices under different refresh modes, and it shouldn't happen on this one either.

I bought both this and the tab mini c to decide which one I wanted. Tab mini c surprisingly has way better contrast, and way darker blacks than this device. I'm also annoyed by the b751c's light settings, I have to adjust the cold and warm light separately, and there is no way to lock them together like you can on meebook OS. The rainbowing effect is also worse on the b751c than the tab mini c (both have it tho). My impression, the b751c is an alright ereader, but tab mini c is better, and I assume the new boox go color 7 is going to knock this one out of the water. I'm looking forward to watching videos comparing the b751c and that new boox device. I don't plan on giving up my Tab Mini C, but it would still be enjoyable to watch.
Due to the shadows around the A5X2, the device is likely to be a lot thicker in the middle. What is no longer possible, however, is that a Mobius screen is installed

I work in a Microsoft Office environment. My favourite note taking app, that I use across all my devices, is OneNote. I use it on several devices including the Onyx Boox Note 2 that I bought having viewed one of your Deep Dive reviews, which i consider to be very helpful - thank you. I don't use the device's own note taking app. I'm watching this review as I'm toying with moving to a colour e-ink display. Would you consider trying out OneNote on these devices so that we can see how that performs? Oh, and I hand write my notes with the pen.
Hi! I am debating getting either the NA3C or the Supernote A6X2. I would use it for taking notes at work and for marking up PDF etc. I have two questions: 1) can anyone give any indication of what feels better to write on? I have a ReMarkable2 and don’t really like how it feels, so looking for something more like pen and paper. 2) can you create a notebook which combines handwritten notes and PDF files?
Hi Voja. In your review of the Note Air 3 (4 months ago), you pointed out that the device suffers from stop-start lag when writing with a stylus. Has Boox fixed the issue or is it still a problem? Currently considering whether to buy it or wait for a future version without this writing issue.

The worst thing is that if that happens Onyx is not taking any responsibility (display failure is categorically denied warranty) so you end up with a brick.

Hmm, first when I saw the device it looks really nice. But when you start using it, it´s so cluttered with different settings and things and the color is really bad on photos and the black and white is terrible. I hope Remarkable 3 continue doing clean GUI´s (but with just some more functionalities, but make them good) and have different grades of gray instead of colors, because colors is not looking good on an ink tablet (what I have seen so far).

Hi, can I access Google Drive and read Google Docs documents? Can I access newspaper websites and read them normally? I have a Kindle 10 PW that I would like to be able to read research articles from the web on, but I can't.
I ordered this device as a second e-reader, holidays, trips, weekend. My main device onyx boox note air 3C. I’m perfectly aware the capacitative pens don’t work properly, I’m not bothered as I’ll use it only for epub reading and browsing webpages. I’ll either be using the kindle app or readera and not the native xreader. I’d be glad to hear your opinion to use as a second/travel device. I don’t like taking my air note 3C for weekends trips, the bigme looks good, 7”, the buttons!, and just for reading. Could you please comment more about the reading experience? By the way, I personally don’t use any covers on my devices. So I’m going to ditch the stylus and the cover, and as an exclusively reading device so far I’m glad I ordered it. Arriving this Friday 😊 so I’ll have time next weekend to play with it.

I am so glad that you reviewed this device. I was very curious because of how affordable it is for seemingly everything. And while I love Kitts videos he seems to be a bit optimistic about everything he tries. And I love that about him. But I needed your more "brutal" opinion. Do you think Boox will be coming out with a smaller non tab version of this device? I think I would be very interested in that!
My previous Boox Onyx Nova cover was the "bucket" type (with small notches) and after several months these notches started to crumble. My present Boox Onyx Tab Mini C cover is the magnetic type and I guess it makes sense. Apart from some branded Lenovo tablet covers all the ones of this type I had sooner or later crumbled. This is probably an inherent problem in this type of cover, unless you use very special plastic
Boox covers usually use a much more rigid plastic that does easily chip away and crumble, that's why I commented on the elasticity of this one. However, fact remains that elastic or not, a thin, plastic notch will inevitably fail, but I do think that this one stands a chance to last a bit longer than the more brittle harder versions.
I just brought the boox tab mini C, but i was looking at this device as well. I really like this because of the size. I am looking forward to your review. Hope it comes in the next 30 days lol so i can change my mind if your review is favorable!!!!
