BRULÉ is definitely one of my favorite bands mostly because the message of their songs, great song and mostly because of their native American origines. Greetings from Vallgorguina, a small town in the Barcelona province in Spain. We are all related!!! 🤗♥️

Such a great PB channel with interesting stories. Wouldn’t it be great if the creator could implement the CC function. For all us hard to hear old folks. Most if not all YT videos have the capability of clicking on CC No it’s not my tv head phone speakers etc. It is a huge benefit to read along. Tried to add this information on website. But no Contact us link. Come in SD. ….lol
SD PB has outstanding videos about SD I am curious why the creator does not turn on or enable CC for us hard to hear folks? Most YT have that option Had to ask Thanks
I find it hard to respect many of these people given they referred to the SE Asians as gooks. For the American Blacks to do this compounds the ugliness.
America's disgraced 45th former President of the United States, convicted rapist and felon DonaldTrump: Americans Who Died in War Are ‘Losers’ and ‘Suckers’ The president has repeatedly disparaged the intelligence of service members, and asked that wounded veterans be kept out of military parades, multiple sources tell The Atlantic. By Jeffrey Goldberg, September 3, 2020, The Atlantic. & "Appearing on Saturday at the Family Leadership Summit in Ames, Iowa, the real estate mogul took his running feud with Arizona Sen. John McCain to a new level. “He’s not a war hero,” said Trump. “He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured.” The remarks, which came after days of back-and-forth between McCain and Trump, were met with scattered boos. McCain, a former Navy pilot, spent roughly five-and-half years in a notorious North Vietnamese prison known as the “Hanoi Hilton,” where he was repeatedly tortured. He spent two of those years in solitary confinement. At a press availability following his remarks, Trump denied saying that McCain isn’t a war hero and said, “If somebody’s a prisoner, I consider them a war hero.”- 'Trump attacks McCain: ‘I like people who weren’t captured’ by By BEN SCHRECKINGER, 07/18/2015, Politico. This has nothing to do with politics, it has everything to do with character. Some have it and others do not.
Interesting/informative/entertaining. Excellent photography pictures/along with guest speakers. Enabling viewers to better understand the state's history. Spent quality time in the western region last century.
I bought 2 rings at The Sea Chest Gift Shop, Newport Oregon, on the coast in 1996. My rings are in great condition, and the black diamond stones are still beautiful. I was cleaning things up and came across the lifetime guarantee papers for the rings. 159SRH, $13.00. And 172SRH, $13.00. I'm glad to see you are still in business!
Vietnamese we're treacherous.friends in the daytime enemies at night.why did America feel the need to help these treacherous people? The Vietnamese we're snakes and treated American POWs like garbage. They wanted to be super ruthless so the US had to be ruthless with airstrikes.there was no way to tell who was friend. The Vietcong and NVA we're extremely Sadistic towards POWs and they're own People.i do not feel sorry for them.
Rest in peace to both my great uncles . Both served in Vietnam one marines the other in the Navy. Both came home and built beautiful families and led by example . They would never speak of what happened there ... Not ever.
Very enlightening video. My great uncle, David Earl Lake was put in the "State School & Home for Feeble Minded" in Redfield sometime between the ages of 10 - 15 according to the 1925 and 1930 Census. He was 10 and home in the 1925 Census and in Redfield in the 1930 Census. There is not a lot known about my Great uncle as his mom and dad moved to the State of Washington. It must have been a sad day for my Great Uncle and I often wonder how his life was and if anyone ever visited him. There is little information that I can find on his living conditions other than the state and federal census. I came across this video doing research on him and the Redfield home. He ended up being moved to some home in Mobridge S.D. where he died in 1995 aged 79. I hope he was part of those programs helping him to be part of the community. Thank you for the video.
Thank you for this video, and all others on this public broadcasting channel. I have a question about the historic authenticity of one group of female actors in hoop skirts. I do not think women wore hoop skirts in South Dakota at a military fort far from major urban centers. In southern states with plantations not far from cities, yes, but it seems strange in this video. None of the women in the 19th century fort photos wore hoop skirts. There might be some confusion about who wore hoop skirts, and where and when, in the US in the mid 19th century. Thank you again for a great video!
