You are giving a description that depends on the age and the size of the pearl, I have 2 Mikimoto, one 5.5 and another 6.5, I have a 14 mm baroque one, but it all depends on the clothes I wear, it does not depend on my age . I am 65 years old and I like delicate and good quality things.
Lately I've been obsessed with pearls, finally at 71 years old. Love your accent & love your blouse. You cleared up sizes for me, now I need to learn about real & quality pearls. I wish you success with your channel & endeavors. I see this video is old, I hope your succeeding child. Gratefully, Bobbi
Thank you so much for all of the education! I am a pearl lover and collector, and I watch everything I can get my hands on about the nature of pearls. Tysm!❤😊
Very nice demonstration of Pearl Knotting, however, I do wish the thread was Black against the White towel and the light colored Pearls. For teaching the technique it would show the process more clearly. I'm new to Pearl Knotting and every visual advantage is that much more appreciated when first learning. Thanks 😊.
Hello, I am a collector of freshwater pearls. I find them beautiful and soothing. I fell in love with the lustre of stick (biwa)pearls. As it was new to me, I began researching in the hope of finding inspiration as how to wear and style stick pearls. Unlike the other shapes of pearls, stick pearls looks a bit casual to me. I was surprised when I realized that there are not images of anyone wearing sticks pearls. Not in antique paintings, not even models online. I see stick pearls everywhere but strangely no one seems to actually wear them. Strange…..Any thoughts ?
