Well you are only 16 i will suggest dont use these kind of harsh ingredients on your skin just simply use low Ph bslance routine and lots of sunscreen to get clear skin

Double cleansing is using facial oil or balm to remove any dirt and then use a facial cleanser and to remove dead skin you need to scrub your face every week
