Tempest Roar, the item I have the biggest love-hate relationship with. They should just make it a legendary node and get rid of the trash werewolf one and give me back my helmet slot.
I think the expansion will be a much better game, all the changes are positive and they just need some tuning to fix the issues they have. I will be surprised of the expansion is not just better but much better.
I think people who make these arguments are missing the point. With very very few exceptions charges can stay as they are. Chance to cast can be buffed for Uniques etc. 1) Most of the "weak" charges were meant to be used as GIMMICKS for non end game characters, non Hell characters, non Nightmare etc. Do not assess them in the context of Hell. 2) Zeal etc are situational for non Pallys who may find themselves totally surrounded on occasion. It doesn't need 500 charges to make non Pally characters use it as their main skill. 3) If every class is using other classes' key skills then that erodes class distinctiveness. The game then may as well be Path of Exile where anyone can use any skill.
In just about any context you asses them they are mostly useless lol. Charges of zeal are never useful to a paladin your example is ridiculous. Furthermore fixing charges would not make all skills available to all classes, it would just simply make the charges actually useful for once. There are these things called synergies that make the majority of charges useless by default. Zeal is useless by default because of the nature of fast attacks burning all the charges too fast. Of the small number of charges that are useful, things like enchant, or amplify damage they are general skills that are useful even without synergies.
3:31:18 A passage from The Silmarillion says that Elrond and Círdan "counseled [Isildur] to cast it into the fire of Orodruin nigh at hand, in which it had been forged, so that it should perish." They advised Isildur to destroy it as they stood inside the volcano ‘nigh at hand’. Also, CO = carbon monoxide and CO2 is carbon dioxide. Ahhh the perils of going off topic. 😂
Elrond didn't council isildur while at the mountain within tossing distance of the lava, nor without prompting. They were at the battlefield where they killed sauron. "Barad-dûr on the Plateau of Gorgoroth" Elrond also did not know that saurons soul was attached to it nor that he would come back. The entire scene in the movie never happened, nor was elrond fully aware of what the ring was and could do. He simply suggested destroying it as a precaution. For no other reason that sauron made it Which is absolutely nothing like what the movie portrays. Isildur is the first person even come in contact with the ring that no one knows anything about. And he dutifully records everything he can about it. And when he realizes what it is he immediately set out to do destroy it. Which is the quest in which he lost the ring, and the lives of his sons. On September 5, TA 2, Isildur set out from Minas Anor with his three elder sons and a company of knights. They marched up the Vales of Anduin on the eastern side of the river, heading for the High Pass over the Misty Mountains. He intended to deliver the One Ring to Elrond, as suggested by his eldest son and confidante, Elendur.[7] Thirty days later, on October 4, Isildur's company was attacked by Orcs near the Gladden Fields. The Orcs were unaware that Isildur had the One Ring, but instead were unwittingly drawn by its power. Isildur's men were outnumbered ten to one, and though they initially managed to repel the attack by forming a shield-wall, the Orcs renewed their assault after nightfall and the men were overwhelmed.[8] Isildur's son Aratan was mortally wounded, and his son Ciryon was killed. His eldest son Elendur begged him to flee to in order to prevent the Orcs from capturing the Ring. Isildur agreed and parted with great sorrow from Elendur, who was slain leading the remaining Dúnedain. Isildur put on the Ring despite its pain and made for the River Anduin. Also yes I clearly stated the difference between CO2 and Co when I was talking about this stuff.
lol that is not possible bud, due to the way Diablo 1 was designed it is ridiculously easy to cheat even a 12 year old could do it. I am afraid you are very naïve if you think Diablo 1 could ban cheating
I did exactly that xD, My tripple Dream build neeeeeeds infy and a sunder and lightning mastery to get this build to a descent kill speed. my questions is now, to get an act3 merc and give him also dream schild and helmet and also crescent moon so that i have quadro dream. what is stronger tripple dream and infy, OR act 3 merc with also double dream. Where i have to best result?
@@GGMentor I use a Dream helmet and a dream shild double dream set up and now i give my merc (act2) a dream helmet tripple dream setup he also jused infy. the Killspeed raised up tremendesly. Now is the question wenn i give the act 3 merc an dream helmet a dream shild and a crescent moon (4 times dream)like my own setup is this better then just 3 dream and infy. the problem is dream is very expensive and infy too. What is stronger 4 times dream and 2 times Crescent moon. OR 3 times dream and iny?
Is Nature’s Fury useful at all with such a Lightning Storm-focused build, given that channeled skills can only proc it once? Or is the point to spam it once it has reached the maximum number of strikes, since Enhanced Lightning Storm will maintain it?
I found that Natures fury was not very effective with channeled skills, but did work the other way around. If using a non channeled skill and you proc'ed the channeled skill you would get decent use out of it.
Hey GGM , I realllllly love your videos they help me a ton with my own diablo 2 build. I really like the item/ skills and buildcrafting videos. Right now im rocking a really interesting build. Maybe you could make a cool theorycraft on this one!. Im rocking the druid with full summons incl ravens. max out Heart of the wolverine. 1 point in the life leech vine and cyclone armor. but the funny thing is I spec the druid like a ranger , right now with witchwild string , jalals mane , razor tail , atmas scarab , COH , bramble mits ,(the set gloves), goblin toes , you get the drill right. I use the act 1 merc also with gface helmet for CB , faith bow or mist , and a fortitude. the combination of these 3 bows with 2 ranged characters inside a army that tanks everything and ravens that fly and single out enemy's. Im really proud on this idea and I really look forward hearing what you can do with this simple idea! it seems like that all the minions can go everywhere and nobodys is blocking one anothers path. 2 cb rangers using magic arrows taking care of physical immunes easily. very Safe I play on SSF HC and it works great! greetings from holland
Ehhhhh, I mean being able to get infinite bers for now is restricted to single player yes. However understanding the variables and how they function can be applied online to varied effect. Because you don't know the base seed code of an online game you can't deliberately force a ber to fall no. But with understanding how how the variables work, you can shuffle the cards sufficiently to force a different outcome than you would normally obtain. Perhaps even finding your own ritual that leads to the best drops.
@GGMentor all I'm saying is state that it's only single player for your trick at the beginning so people don't sit there for 10 minutes to learn it's pointless for 70 percent of us.
Do the "additional bone storms at your target count as a bone storm casted by you and if so does it benefit from all the self cadted bonestorm buffs like damage reduction and crit?
Is the Ith too fast or too slow? Looks like its ~17 seconds from the moment you zone into Trav. It does seems to be timer based as well as actions based.
It's not timer based at all, but when the actions are performed they need to be performed in a certain order. Monsters can interfere with the order. So maintaining a similar speed to mine gets you a similar result. Don't focus so much on the exact timing it's meaningless. Instead focus on the result. Different characters taking different paths are going to have different results. We aren't computers that can take the same exact path and click on the objects the same exact way every time. So there will be variance. Mimic as close to how I do it then from there adjust your own path to one that works. Speeding up a bit or slowing down a bit as needed.
Yes, I run the afk minion build with razorplate and sacrilegious ring and can run any torment boss. It takes longer it’s really hard to die. Hordes t7 and pit 100 you have to be a little more careful.
