@@289warcrimesinoneweek true. The ps1 era has so many secrets in its games it created a syndrome to players making us soo curious to unlock almost anything.
Apart from that, there are 5 very secret stages that you have to find inside the stages, like the motorcycle crash stage that goes into the sea stage when you hit the alien sign, there are four like that, I can't even forget the moment I saw it. Now, no matter how much I search, I can't find it on RU-vid
On the last on in the sewer level you can actually stop and lift your legs up while hanging. The drones go very fast but they are low. If you lift your feet up then they won’t touch you. You can only lift your feet if you are not moving but it might help someone. You can go a bit lift your feet time it to go a bit further and lift your feet again etc. in case this helps someone

Alright so I failed it the first time after fully feeding the dogs in the right locations with the monkey bombs and didn't get it the first attempt, so the next day I tried it again and I got the achievement(27/08/2023) and I'm like 80% sure I figured out the problem, the dog by the wardens house, that first room location for Citadel does NOT count, you have to travel far enough, at least into the 2nd room of Citadel for it to count from what I can see. You don't need the sword dash for the Gondola dog, just stamin up is fine run towards it and hit it to move immediately. The zombies will despawn if you just throw it and book it, you have to make sure to witness the zombie be attracted or be staring at the monkey for them to not despawn, you will get a red hit marker if you did indeed kill them.
