You HAVE TO HAVE implants to keep bottom teeth in.. zygoma implants are for those with no bone. No matter how wonderful a dentist tells you dentures will be or look, they will not stay in no matter what.
I would be very, very cautious of this procedure. They put those implants into your cheekbones and if they don’t do it right, they will mess up your sinus cavities. There is no coming back from that you were talking about horrible pain infections for the rest of your life. It better just get the old-fashioned dentures then to have this procedure done.
I got the All On 4 done 6 months ago and I am in constant pain. The pain and misery never goes away. They lied to me and told me I would be surprised at the lack of pain. I wish I would have kept my teeth and just got a few implants. Worst decision of my life. I wanted my teeth to look good for my YT channel and instead I have destroyed my life. Now what can I do? Would dentures be a better option?

Please admit the risk of infections from sinus issues This procedure that can only be performed by the most skilled technicians and there are very few around. It is far from straightforward surgery in many patients
Yes, there is a surgeon in Bulgaria Sofia Implant that I went to.. he is one of the very very few in Europe who can do this and its a very specific surgery . Usually only done as a very last resort. I think pterygoid is the other one.. not sure of the spelling
Because it costs $100's of thousands of dollars to go to school to be an orthodontist / dentist/ surgeon & they get paid $100's of thousands per year ,to do it ,thats why
@@amrnagatymamounmahmoud4747 يبقى الأمر مبالغاً فيه جداً ، فالزرعات التي يضعونها مثلاً لو وزناها لكانت غرامات معدودة ، لكنهم يأخذون ثمناً عالياً جداً لها ، ربما أغلى وأعلى من الذهب نفسه . وهذا لا معنى له إلا احتكار الشركات وتحكمهم بالبشر . ما أقصده هو أنه يجب أن يمكن الناس الذين فقدوا أسنانهم من أن يزرعوا بأسعار مقبولة معقولة ، لا كما هو الحال اليوم . ثم إني استمعت لطبيبة أمريكية على اليوتيوب ، قالت أن السعر قد يصل إلى مئة ألف دولار للفكين ، ما يعني أن الراغب في الزراعة يحب أن يبيع بيته فعلاً ويزرع أسنانه ثم ينام في الشارع هههههه ، ولكن بأسنان جيدة ههههههههه . الأمر كله غلط
