Hey, just stopping by for a toddler bit of a life lesson I learnt. Always Finnish what you start, because you never know if you'll have tomorrow to finish it. It may be time consuming or seem too simple or fruitless at first, but when you complete it, it can be the most rewarding thing. Cherish what you have now, because you never know what is to come, that is why it is called the present
@@MollyPatricia5 no worries I’m new to this too. I’m currently working on a hat and leg warmers for a friend, I just finished making a book cover for her that only took about two days. Less if I really focused on
I came here via the DnD5e portal, not sure how I got here, but my wife did all this, she made back packs from old denim jeans, and duffel bags, 60 & 70s clothes on order for women, make belts from scratch with leather did reasonably well. Would only work part time in a big office store owned a Vespa
I am old school, I have a leather messenger bag just for games night, it was made by the leather shop and had some cool custom Celtic symbols on it. One of our group made everyone leather covers for A4 hard cover notebooks. We have another lady who is uses fountain pens and does a lot of hand writing and is teaching everyone how to write hero journals.
I play at our game store 20-30 people from 15-55 year they run DnD5e, Alien, 40K Wrath n Glory and ADnD1e. I have been playing as I normally run 2-3 campaigns. I mainly play monk characters, running K Fu You, female, human L4 through the Ile of Dread
perhaps in future instances you can measure the amount you want to take out (for example 4 cm on each side so 8 cm total) and you could do your "dip in" on each of the seams instead of just the two side seams. It would make the shape of the dress far more even than what you have achieved. The waist is not determined by just the two side seams.
You have all those extra princess seams in there that could be taken in to reduce the underarm gaping that is making you still grab and tuck at those straps. Just unpick the facing in the armcye in the underam - just a few inches so you can sew in there - take a little pinch right on the seam in the middle between the strap and the underam in the armscye, pinch the same amount out of the facing, then smooth out the armscye curve when you sew the facing back on. No more gap and you won't feel like messing with your straps.
Great review on the True Crime Helter Skelter back in 1985 there was a man who would bring to work a shocking publication Magazine in Spanish called La Alarma about suicides Murders Shocking fatal accidents corruption and more this man would regularly bring the magazine La Alarma at Lunch time during work hours and actually read it when i saw it it frightened me and shocked me and i never knew why people would read about the Macabre
Appreciate your honesty as we all went through an emotional roller coaster during the pandemic and many are not back to normal whatever normal is. Appreciate your desire to show makeover videos and recycling clothing items from bed linens. God Bless
It would be a better video if you would quit talking so much and show more how you made the jacket. I skipped through 90% of your video just to see the finished jacket which you did a very good job.
