I'm of indigenous heritage, and I am South Sydney mad, and although Cody was a game breaker in his earlier years at the club, he is well past his best and has been since Reynolds departure. This gave me the impression that Adam made Cody the player HE WAS. Latrell. He has done nothing for us since coming to the club. He has let us down continuously and, I believe, brought in the division we are currently seeing. Even being of indigenous heritage, I am Australian first and foremost. He is fighting the fight 1stly and playing footy 2ndly. If that's his case, he should give up the Cardinal and Myrtle and fight his fight. Plus, getting caught doing his drugs also makes him hypocritical in my view same as Walker when he got filmed in a drunken brawl as both if these, alchol and drugs, are what the Aboriginal communities suffer from the most. Both should lead by example, don't you think?

@@johnnyboy2956 I think retaining Latrell will be throwing good money after bad.The ability is still there but the dedication and focus are not. Walker's best days are well behind him. Footy players should concentrate on playing footy and so should the NRL for that matter. Latrell continues to accumulate baggage and his footy has suffered. Re the drugs, perhaps more of an issue was, what was he doing in a motel room with a woman who wasn't his wife? For now, Souths could go with 1. Munro, 2.Myers 3. Graham 4. Tass 5. Johnston 6. Wighton 7. Dodds. A bit light on, but without Mitchell and Walker on big money, Souths could sign a couple of quality three quarters.
