I've spent the past 25 years working in the motion picture industry. In 2015, I started a small R&D robotics company called Robomodix. The first prototype developed was an interactive robot head that you could communicate using speech recognition and voice synthesis using AI. The robot made its way into a science museum in Kuwait, teaching object recognition to visitors.
In 2020 I started this channel Reel Robots with the goal of sharing my methods to design and construct robots. It's my hope, to pass on some of my knowledge and inspire others to build unique robots. You'll learn how I produce robots that interact and perform tasks using tools and methods like 3D design, 3D scanning, printing, mold making, finishing, painting, assembling and programming.

I found using air to disassemble my moldsfast. Just use a common air nozzle with a rubber tip at any of the seam joints. But be careful. Can and will separate very fast.

I didn't need high resolution for this scan, since Metahuman only needs the form of the head to create a Metahuman from scan. All details would be lost in the conversion. There are many resolutions you can choose from in the scanner software to best fit what you are scanning, but you need a workhorse computer to deal with large datasets generated by the software on higher resolution scans.
It depends on what your business is. The resolution is good but it is a bit slow but that’s due in part to its mass. So I would not design a business around it if your main goal is volume. So hard to say with out knowing it’s exact use.
Silicon own masks could be put on Your Robot that will look more realistic . I have to build one that walks and carry stuff ...drives car .. You need legs and arms for Yours ... recycled polymers.. I belive Microcristalic Galium Nitinol T1000 Nanofluids robot is possible to build ... If The Clone Robot is real ...
I've not seen anyone printing like a full sized body on it..but you could slice big models into pieces that fit and print until you have all the parts to assemble. Mind you resin is more expensive than filament. So you have to think about that.
