Hi I'm a creative technologist with more than 25 years of experience in designing, developing and applying new tech for a whole scale of different markets. But for the most part, I like to have fun and create cool stuff and I put my blurbs and experimentations here...
This looks AMAZING!!! Could you share what type of lighting you did, where did you purchased it and do a quick tutorial or text explaining how you got this extreme realist light rotating effect? Thank you
well of the normal lights are just plain 3mm, 5mm and 10mm leds, or blinking multicolor leds. The pulsating leds, blinking ones, flashers etc are run by a Teensy 3.2 microcontroller. The realistic rotating beacon lights were done by using 8 Pistenking 1/16 scale blue beacon leds, so 4 per light bar. These are really good, but quite expensive... around 40 euros each, so that was 320 euros for only the blue light bars (ouch but can't beat a Pistenking). I also added an Adafruit sound board which is triggered by a button on the dash and ofcourse does the siren. And also a battery and charger, so it can run on itself. Drilling out the plastic on this model was the hardest...it's a bit soft. I made some build photos on my FB page a while back facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.5592548287445545&type=3
Well done. To all the haters, AI generative is an aesthetic that people will fawn over in ten years time the way people fawn over 90's internet aesthetic
I was born in the 70s, I had a couple of futuristic dreams I hoped to see one day...Ai was one of them...I'm really happy how this is evolving. There's an overkill of it now, but it will even out and people will start using it in more integrated ways.
Is this really AI? Or is it CGI made to look like AI? Cause, it almost looks too good to be AI. If it it's really AI, then damn, the tech is really getting good fast!
Yes it is. Part of my daily job is to research how to integrate Ai into creative processes. I make these videos to see what something can do and find a systems limitations, and how difficult the interface might be to a specific producer. I've made 3 AFX videos using different Ai animation models and setups. And I do indeed use CGI and Ai together, as a part of a pipeline, but this video was completely generated and animated by Ai, the only thing I did was prompt it to exactly what I wanted and the final editing.
@wolfypg4481 I could tell it was AI and it is in the description of the video. Show me something you created other than Nits you picked. At least pick a name that is original that 4480 other wolfypg's haven't already taken
hello I have a hexapod like yours but I don't know which keys to push to use it .... Could you make a video where when you use it I can see your controller so I can see which keys you use to control the hexapod...... please if you can help me just a short video where I can see the keys you push !!!!! please help me...... I await your reply. Thanks. Have a good day
The iconic Buick Road Wheel didn’t appear until ‘64, and while the big fog light under the parking light looks cool (and similar to the La Salle concept car) it was just a parking light until the vertical hidden clamshell headlights in 1965.
I was going to point that out. In 63 you got the turbine wheel covers. They still looked great though, however I did put a set of Road Wheels on my 63, back in 1976 when I got it.
please help me don't you remember any key not even the one to change walk or any key you remember? don't you know anyone who can have all the commands? Thank you have a nice day
hello congratulations for the video !!!! I bought a Mark 3 hexapod like yours but the seller doesn't remember anything about how to use it ... since you made a fantastic video could you help me? in the hexapod there is phoenix code and I control it with xbee Commander 2 could you tell me the names of the keys and what function they have? please help me wait for an answer thank you good day
Hi, I don't know sorry, I ditched the xbee commander long ago and used my own existing communication protocol with different transmitters. I think you are looking for the button to change gaits right?
