I am a Creative videographer with a goal to capture what life is all about through the lens of a camera with love, adventure, travel , advertisements and more. I have 8 years of experience and a degree in video production! I want to use my knowledge to show all the memorable moments that life has to offer!
Very helpful! Also, curious why you created the multi-cam in this way... where you made a nested group first and then enabled Multicam. Wouldn't it be easier to select sources in your project and right click select make Multicam?
There are a couple ways to do multi-cam. I have heard of doing it that way, but I feel like you need to have all of your clips in the same bin and organized properly to be able to select the right ones to multi-cam. In my case, I always put my different cameras in their own bins so doing it through the project wouldn't work for me .
Great video, I don't know why, but when I click 1-2-3-4 it writes in the playhead position and it doesn't change my main video. With the mouse, no problem, but it would be cooler to do it with the keyboard, strange
Do you potentially have your 1,2,3,4 keys mapped to something else for a hotkey? If so, then that could be the reason. If not, make sure you have your clip selected and also the video playing when hitting your keys. I believe it needs to be playing in order for the keys to work
Can I just send you my video so you could remove something out as well? haha I keep having issues with moving the little box I created. It's hard to explain but in all seriousness can you help? I basically want to remove a food particle from teeth lol
It can be a little tricky especially with something that is hard to see like a particle from teeth lol. You basically have to go frame by frame with something like that. What are the issues you are having?
@@TMBProductions12 True lol I may end up just leaving it as is. Basically, I keep getting stuck with one part, not being able to MOVE the shape I made. I've already tried all options too (square, oval and draw-yourself). For some reason the little hand does not appear and it just keeps moving the corners of the shape instead. I am not sure what I am doing wrong :/ I just wanted to blur out (or remove completely) a food particle that's on the teeth
@@10Mspinky Hmm that's strange it's not working.. Every time you create a new keyframe, are you making sure that your layer mask is still selected? Sometimes it clicks off and won't work. Or trying zooming in on the program window to move the points? Do you have other layers on top that the mask is interfering with?
@TMBProductions First of all, beautiful tutorial. I see the problem with the muted audio in multi cam mode. Make sure you don't include audio inside of your nested sequence. Just nest the video. Now when you press the switcher, it won't mute the audio...
This HSL works sometimes but it’s not accurate. It almost always won’t fully catch their skin and if you want to grab it completely it starts grabbing other objects in the image. They need to improve this.
@@TMBProductions12 Yeah Adobe needs to fix this and make a better tool to isolate specific colors for specific objects. Lightroom has "AI" tools now and the masking and isolation is very precise. PP needs the same.
Love your vids dude! Do you have any advice/Tips on how to stay motivated & not procrastinate? I'll catch up on my wedding backlog, only to fall back into the same pattern lol. I've been trying so hard to just "Do it", but man adhd get's me everytime.
I feel you on this one, I am the same exact way! A couple things that work for me is I usually dedicate 1 or 2 days a week to working on my videos. I work a full-time job and then do all of the freelance and youtube on the side, so this helps me not burn out and work literally all the time but a healthy amount to get what I need to get, done. Another thing is I try to do a reward system. I love video games, but I try to tell myself I can't play unless I get some work done. These usually help me stay motivated and keep an interest in my work and also get a lot done! Hopefully these help!
Yo, this video was dope!! it’s gonna help me take my content to the next level. Thank you for these tips. Can’t wait to go edit these next clips. Thank you TMB!
Hey there. When I draw my first mask and click mask path then toggle animation on and try to track selected mask forward 1 frame nothing happens. Not even the video moves by one frame and all the track buttons turn into grey. What am I doing wrong?
@@TMBProductions12 found the solution by using main video buttons like forward by 1 frame right next to play button 😅 don’t know if it works in the end. Couldn’t finish masking. it will take a life time lol.
@@serhatfidan7399 That's weird that worked but the track select mask forward button didn't! You could also toggle on the mask and then use the forward arrow key and then adjust the mask. But you also have to make sure you click on the mask in between each move lol. Masking definitely takes a long time!
Hi, is there an option to automatically add transitions when changing camera angles? This would avoid the need to manually add transitions at each cut point.
I don't believe there is an option to do that. Although, if you highlight all your clips and hit control D on the keyboard, it will add a default transition to everything!
The easiest way is to create two separate folders, one named "Camera 1" and the other "Camera 2" and putting your footage in those and uploading it that way!
@@TMBProductions12 I see, so it doesnt matter if I click on the record button 10seconds to 30seconds apart from each other? It will sync both once I sync them with audio?
@@TMBProductions12 thank you. What about recording with a tripod at 24fps at 1/48? Am I safe if I leave it for 30mins-1hr? Asking because some people record at 30fps, but 24fps gives me more recording time.
@@royaltykidstv If you are looking for more record time then I would go for 24fps, and it should be fine! If you don't care for record time, then your fps shouldn't matter. Just make sure both cameras are set to the same
Thanks. This also is a good tutorial, where you can make a multicam sequence selecting the clips straight from the project window. => ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-57Aek730DNU.html Used to doing things manually, but if the tech works and makes life easier, then it's welcome.
This is a good tutorial. Just a thought. Although I get how having a ton of audio clips cluttering up the space can be a pain in the wazzoo, I simply mute the clips I'm not using. I can't tell you how many times something got shifted in some way that I didn't intend and I needed that camera's audio present to get myself back in sync. Another technique if you really just want to get rid of all that clutter is to create markers in the individual clips themselves that line up with key lines of dialog or whatever. This can help keep you lined up and get you out of a jam as well. Again, just a thought. Liked and subscribed.
