ok just seen episode 11 itself. from the screenshot Isla is walking away from the ArtScience Museum down the side of Marina Bay Sands. BUT a few seconds after that shot, you see the 4x bigger Flyer across the bay where Isla is walking, behind other buildings, probably where Clarke Quay is supposed to be

When they finally dub this series in english they'll promote it with events at the flyer, gardens by the bay, Dempsey Hill and club street :)
