I had the same issue with the expiration date of my software. I contacted the company where I purchased the locks and did not receive any response, I tried China Smart Lock (Tom) and they quickly sent me an update that immediately solved the problem. I am truly grateful

Hi, we have the new version and we are having a problem with our doorlock. We can set 1 guest card for the room and if we issue another one the doorlock can't recognize the keycard. Sometimes we have to setup the doorlock with a setting card again before issuing a guest card. What seems to be the nproblem here?
Hola acabo de instalar una y de inicio funcionaba al reves, hay que entrar en configuracion y hay un parametro de "Direccion (Dir)"y ahi cambiarlo, con eso ya funciono en sentido correcto, espero te funcione.
i logged in as an admin and then try to add module, then wireless pairing but there's no barcode showing at the screen? i followed the steps and yet no barcode showing on the screen, it's just a box like target to scan a barcode. What's wrong with the device?

Hey there I have the tuya lock with the keypad but I have a question; when I try to lock by moving the exterior handle upwards, it doesn't lock; plus when I lock from the inside (by moving the interior handle up- which works), I can just open the lock from outside without inputting password or anything... Is this something did wrong?
yes,when you install the lock,there is a small arrow on the square hole,you must follow the instruction.Some times the arrow is face left or right,some times the arrow should face ground
