nolan cummings because were a bilingual country, the rmc is in kingston On. and for the most part any officer training at the rmc needs to learn the second language, officers therefore have the required tools for commading canadian forces
Right I just hate when they do a half and half...but I understand why they would...sounded strange to me living in British Columbia and only ever hearing the English side of the Forces
