You did a marvelous job at dressing the fish, and your method is good. However, my method is the reverse 😂. First, why not use a cling wrap or aluminum foil to cover the cutting board so that when you are finished, your cleaning up will be so easy by just lifting the cling wrap with the discarded portion of the fish. and dispose. My method: I scale my fish before I gut it, then make an insision on the side close to where the gill, pelvic fin, and the vent are located. I rinsed it then slices it if needed. NB. I cut the fish from its side because I need to see on the inside. What if I'm fortunate to find a gold ring. 😂😂😂

The biggest challenge ive always had is how do you get minced beef. How do you make it from raw beef. Kitcyen tool used or where do you buy it and which is cheaper ? Pheew
When all of the oil settles on the top and also by taste of it. Also note that it will start frying (with super tiny bubbles) instead of boiling (with big bubbles).
Thank you! You can use margarine instead of butter but the texture and taste will not be the same. You know margarine is made up of vegetable oil, but butter is made up of cream, fat, water and milk. Just so you know what to expect.
