1:30 Rivered flush, i think needs to be a bet, especially when you have the Ac, he is less likely to bluff, and all of his showdown value probably checks back river because pretty much everyone does when the flush comes in. If you think he likes to bet big and bluff etc, i think i bet bet 30% or less as a blocker bet to look weak. Let him bluff shove over you, all his flushes will shove over and you can get value out of some TP. IMO
Swesr gg loves to just evenly distribute the stacks out on that KK hand😂 you would be sat on a master stack but no no no. Come on when do JJ ever win haha. Great vid tho
Hi Big D ! I think the call on the turn at 0:50 is -EV, because you are basically paying to hit the flush and the pot odds are unfavorable to you. I think that in position it is more plausible to call a flush draw without pot odds, because in this case you can have implied odds (because you have position)
Pot odds here are about 30% and assuming the clubs and the A are live I'm getting 27% immediate odds. So you are technically right that it's slightly below EV to call in hopes of just hitting the card I need but the implied odds are from the river action when I do hit and potential cards I can bluff (like a diamond). Agreed its harder to execute out of position but still never folding this spot. I think my mistake here was not leading river for some value. Appreciate the comment!
@@thebigdpoker Yeah! Leading the river you would have a very polarized bet and with a board with tons of failed draws (diamond flush, str8, etc) you would make him pay huge sizings. I think an overbet of 140% of the pot would be good.
I feel you on that KK hand, it's kinda what keeps happening to me aswell last few weeks You can play really well, but when the all ins where you are ahead so much dont go your way, its just hard to achieve anything.
You i love your shit man, but i think that straight laydown against the potential flush isn’t plus ev in the long run. I think he easily could be value betting worse. Keep up the good work
@@farisiq I generally don't dignify these comments with responses because they so obviously comes from a source of misinformation but to keep it short, no. Israel is not even close to a perpetrator of genocide. Hamas is to blame for all of the conflict and death thus far. Anyone who does a shred of actual research would know this. That's all I'll say on the topic since this is a poker channel lol. Am Yisrael Chai
@@thebigdpoker My guy, You can't claim misinformation on my end, when I've lived through this conflict for most of my life, I am Palestinian myself, and i do try to stay unbiased and logical and human as best as i can, Hamas is not to blame for all of this, its not even close, maybe more research can be done from your end, and like you said this is a poker video, so we don't have to go here any further, but wouldn't mind a discussion of this somewhere else, good luck at the tables.
If you’re going to check at 14:30 which is fine you definitely should be check ripping not even being results oriented but you just give 87s 67s KQ KT QT all hands with tons of equity a chance to get there and even lose value VS all worst JX. Sure he has 44 55 every now and then but ur going broke on a brick anyways so why not just charge all these draws and ur line can easily be some spades semi bluffs that JX won’t bet gold . Mistake
Im new to poker, especially tournaments. Just curious how much he won on this one for being 2nd? 😅 Was it the one indicated as CASHED? Thanks in advance.
I thought also it was just smaller stakes that the shit happens. Cus ppl only paying small buyins but ya get it at all stakes. Q2s there i mean its not skill beating someone like that. But i see bad players chip up massive stacks and they are using the emojis on gg yano the ones that say im so good. To he honest ive tried playing like them but if backfires in seconds every time you by in. But these players make it far. Its embarrassing to turn over q2. Obviously ive gone with any two and win luckily and no one bats an eye lid. Like its good play. I used to play poker stars and ladbrokes poker yesrs ago. And dont remember it being half as bad as it is now. I dont trust the site how do i know what the cards would of been i have to accept what they deal out. And im supposed to not question it.. imo they pay out to the players who feed them the most money.
See calling there with a 6 it's mad. You call preflop raised see a spade flop and still call. Its madness in my eyes. Its not reading the play at all before someone says that. I honestly don't know how some of these hands happen. You wouldn't see that in live play they would of just folded for sure. It just makes me think they are super using or. Something
I'm guna say what I realy think. This is video of bad beats. And like this stuff don't happen often. I can tell you this and make of it what you want. I have worse bad beats than these only this morning for instance. These beats I'm seeing are day in day out playing at gg poker. It got to a point where I thought I was being outplayed. But I'm not i know I'm not as I can reach final tables. Where as this video gives u the feeling that these beats are irregular for the pros and they are shocked. What happens to them happens every day. With gg poker if I've got 2 diamonds and two on the flop. I get there with the flush say 1 in 10 but when I'm agaisnt the flush draw it comes every time. You can see clearly that the cards ain't being pulled at random as the chip leader hits his 2 or 3 or 4 or whatever over your ak every time more a less. And that time I get there with a flush they have a boat. The amount of times the whole table folds preflop when you have aa or kk. Without you evening raising it happens. There is something not right about it. I know ppl will say variance in tourneys is high. But how come I never hit rivers like everyone else does ob the table. I'm giving it a rest for while and not playing cus it gets into your head. I get to the point where it don't matter what hole cards I have most of the time I'm getting beating in all in situations. And it's always hands where you can't fold. And ppl could say you can fold. Ye ya can but if your not guna play premium hands why are you even playing at all? Who ever you play with be it gg poker stars etc it dont matter at all they feed the money to the ppl who poor in the most to them. Even pros are not saved from this shit. There is something seriously wrong imo. How do we know that the site dont cheat us? Just cus they say thats a river card how can i trust them. I didnt see them shuffle the deck. The amount of times ive been dealt the exact same hand next hand as well. Ive had back to back aa a few times Anf then ive had k9s hearts be dealt twice in a row. This happens at least once every tourney same hand dealt twice in a row. I mean what are the odds of that? Someone plz tell me the math.. also well they deal you csrds that tempt you. It all gets into your head that much that your even affraid when dealt aa preflop. Ak is the worse for me. Preflop if they go all in i know im losing against there weak ace. To the point wheee i dont even want to play ak anymore so its having a mental effect on me. The site sets u up to lose ya stack. They play you like a fool every time
The xr on ft Bubble with k9 Is a huge mistake, u Need to give him the opportunity to bluff 55 or ax for 3 streets leveraging the ak and aa advantage. Big mistake that xr
@@phrog6073 i Need no explanations, im a topreg i Watch the guy Just to check how people think trough streamers. Everybody would at least 2barrell an ax so Is a mandatory call with the nut. Ciao
@@tommasodilena4971 ye this dude is a nit aswell he is just insanely abc, probably doesnt win. also if ur italian u cant say that ur a topreg hahahah stars it is the softest field ever
Bro I'm playing 4 tables and manage to write a message... You haven't had one tuff spot but have 4 min time bank against 9.47 min 😂😂😂 mf hurry it up a bit haha
You play to make good decisions and not be the first one deciding, if he wants to take time to decide what to do he actually has 4 spare minutes :'), the time bank is there for a reason.
@@DeliceProductions I know bro but 80% he knows what he going to do, but he instead explains it in great detail for people watching I assume but every hand 1 minute time bank used is unnecessary
A9 diamonds a call I think man... Lots of small pockets and suited connectors like shoving right? Even all the A2 A4 A7 suited A8 off.... Your the pro man lol what do you think is shoving SB BB 20 effective final 3... if you look it up tell me if I remembered that sort of spot correctly please 🙏🏼I'm playing now so I'll have a look on break.... GG man
I'm not a pro, just working towards being one. Folded A9 cause I wanted to maintain a chip lead and the player had been fairly tight the whole FT but could've been a mistake
@@thebigdpoker yeh makes sense man but a tight player might not shove 20bb period... Was he shoving in those sorts of positions all night? He knows his image and might have used that to his advantage bluffing in those spots. He did get in A8 off the very next hand also. Anyway GG bro
i think AA is good play looks a like AK, but if he 4bet chips to 14,5.bb is look ultra strong. So for me , its better jam if bn 3bet pocket 88-QQ he must thinking a lot about call
