Just as a suggestion, when you create a long boring video like this one, add timestamps so people can skip straight to what they care about. Thanks.

I'm working on a fictional book about Ancient Egypt. Someone told me to run it through GPTZero to check it. I found if i put in a paragraph it may come back 100% human, but if i add another paragraph it comes by "likely AI" written. Both paragraphs by themselves are 100% human, but together they're likely AI. That is really strange to me.

Hi Dear, Your video content is really good. but views and subscribers are much lower. To increase subscribers and views, you need to do channel SEO meaning your videos are not fully SEO. SEO is not friendly to your title. The SEO score is very low. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion. If you do SEO and promotion then lots of views and subscribers will come to your channel and you will be able to monetize your channel in a few days. I can help you. If you went.

"Delve" is also every AI intro. "Ensure" is another overused but often unavoidable AI word. I always rewrite the intro (sometimes using AI for research) and guide AI through the entire writing process. Without an engaging intro and the right details, your content is dead on arrival, not even worth writing.

hey, friends ツ i've been listening to the podcast for a while now and your integrity to keep going is exemplary despite low engagement kudos! you seem to care, so just thought to share imho what's missing (for me at least) allthingseo is undoubtedly a hot topic, but to you i come to get more into content as that is your chief expertise, if i'm not mistaken.. there is much content on seo stuff but not so much on the art of content-writing like the last piece today, examples of outstanding pieces, brands that do a top-notch job on that, names to look up to, keywords a.k.a allthingscontent.. - deep content talk that's just my opinion (as you said, different)

This was an excellent video overall and I learned some things I didn't know. Rick, I liked what you said about using the conclusion to give people options. I'm seeing a lot of that lately, like people posting something like a mind-map group of related articles. They start with a general listicle, then in the conclusion, invite people who are interested in knowing more to read some of the other articles. I did this once in my gardening blog about growing roses in Florida and had each article lead into another article with more detail or a completely different subject on the same topic. They were all reasonably short articles, about 500 words or so, but together, they made a booklet on the main topic with many sections. I ended up putting that booklet on Amazon and at the end of each article, I said that if they wanted to have all this information in one place for future reference, they could buy this booklet. What happened was I made each link trackable to that specific article. Most people went ahead and bought the booklet after the third or fourth article. There were eight in total. I worked for so many content farms that I'm an expert on Google algorithm mischief. The trick to get around those nasty algorithm changes is to keep people on your blog, and if they aren't on your blog, they're buying your product.

I enjoyed your useful chat, advice and the great checklists/templates...thank you. I feel as if we´re currently stuck in the eye of a hurricane! Google is all wrong in prioritizing Quora, Reddit etc because of the reasons you say. I just don´t get it - they spent years de-indexing 'spammy' sites and yet are now rewarding the biggest ones. I'm hoping they come to their senses and give us back those 2 or 3 front-page spots!

I'm using AI to write content on my blogs, but I have a disclaimer that it was generated by AI, but has been edited, fact-checked and scanned for plagiarism. I also have AI provide links to the resources it used, and I use them to fact-check and include them at the end of the post. Going the extra mile makes people feel a lot more confident in your content. It takes me a grand total of 15 minutes to edit like this, so if the article itself if written in just a few minutes, that's still about 1/4 of the time it would take to search out all the content myself and write it. I do still either use my own photos or search for them myself.

You can be economic with your word count as long as you've packed a lot of value in what you're publishing. The goal isn't to beat your ranking competitors in words, but to beat them in value to the audience. If you find yourself lightly touching on topics that your competitors covered in depth for the sake of keeping word count low, you're hurting your chances of outranking them. Cover what they cover better than they cover it and add insights, expertise, and information that they've missed.

Okay, I have a questions. A company has an SME and this person has created content for the company website. This is good for SEO / EEAT. But what to do when this SME leaves the company to work for another company? Keep the content although this is not an employee anymore? Keep content but change author to the new SME replacement? And what if the SME wants the content to be removed? Or their name removed?
@getstellarcontent
@getstellarcontent Год назад
Hi Arne, Here is what we can recommend: Keep the Content: If the information is still relevant, you can keep the content and attribute it to the original author, as their expertise provided its value. Change Authorship: If a new SME revises the content, they can be listed as an updater alongside the original author. Content or Name Removal: This depends on your jurisdiction and employment contract terms, but generally, work created during employment belongs to the company.

i personally think, SEO is going to be more easy now and as Nizam said going to be more competitive... It will definitely help genuine businesses with real EEAT and it is going to be hard for businesses just replicating ideas from others... thus not just SEO tactics will work, they will just support content that is worth being promoted by Google...
