I've been a Formula1 fan for as long as I can remember. I had been planning to create the videos that I create now since 2014. Different things happened over time and the plan got delayed but after graduating in 2020, and realising that I've planned a little every day for the last 6 years, I finally started. Dont buy from Thrustmaster. Bought T150 pedals and steering 2023 May. Within a year pedal spring broke and bought new steering and pedals as Thrustmaster does not offer part support in Africa. Within 2 months pedal spring broke again. Customers in America and Europe do enjoy part support to replace the springs only for $5(R90 in South Africa) and African contries are excluded from this support meaning you have to replace the whole kit or get a company to make the springs for you. Shipping quotes were ridiculous and even with a guarantee how long will it take to fix and how many times a year? My advice is dont buy Thrustmaster. Im trying logitech or fanatec. My question is why even sell your products in Africa and exclude them from part support. its like selling a car and not offering parts for it
You said you're not a reviewer, but man. This review and comparison is the best I've seen for these to wheels. Im looking to buy my first wheel and pedals set. But the prices seem to have change. Im seeing the G29 for $250-$270 and the thrustmaster t150 for $170-$200.
It helps to have a wider screen but i didnt get it either till i got a wheel and used an fov calculator to set it right.... now i dont want to docit any other way unless the car has a shit cockpit design
I use it but after awhile it makes me feel a little nauseous. Almost like motion sickness but not as bad. I have to stop playing for a bit or change my camera settings.
Good review! I think I'm gonna get the T150 Pro because I've seen many reviews stating it has smoother FFB, and the pedals feel like they have a load cell with the conical brake mod.
Thanks. Great review my friend. My feet are numb and i cannot tip toe with them since i had a spinal surgery when i was young. I'll go with the T150(no clutch) since it's just $240 compared to $350 G29. I think what matters me at this point is see if you enjoy racing/driving games at all and upgrade later on. Nice thing about Driving wheels is that you can sell them for $20 less and upgrade. I need something cheap since i have disability, i'll only wait what ill receive this christmas and most is shouldered by my mother
