My girlfriend got in an accident a yea ago in Vermont the guy she accidentally hit drove off in a hurry police where called not buy the driver that got hit so it was left alone for awhile a year later he filed charges stating that he wants to press charges with an open jury saying there for injury’s he has from a year ago and damage to his car I just find it suspicious that he drove off that day and waited till a year later to file charges is there anything we can do?

It is important to look at the entire section of Delaware code. There are very few circumstances where a bicyclist can treat a stop sign as a yield sign in Delaware. If the person in car was stopped at a stop sign and the cyclist blew past them, then section (b) applies and the cyclist should have stopped. § 4196A. Bicycle approaching or entering intersection. (a) A bicycle operator approaching a stop sign at an intersection with a roadway having 3 or more lanes for moving traffic shall come to a complete stop before entering the intersection. (b) A bicycle operator approaching a stop sign at an intersection where a vehicle is stopped in the roadway at the same stop sign shall come to a complete stop before entering the intersection. (c) A bicycle operator approaching a stop sign at an intersection with a roadway having 2 or fewer lanes for moving traffic shall reduce speed and, if required for safety, stop before entering the intersection. After slowing to a reasonable speed or stopping, the person shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle in the intersection or approaching on another roadway so closely as to constitute an immediate hazard during the time the person is moving across or within the intersection, except that a person, after slowing to a reasonable speed and yielding the right-of-way if required, may cautiously make a turn or proceed through the intersection without stopping. (d) A bicycle operator approaching an intersection shall always yield the right-of-way to any vehicle which has already entered the intersection. (e) When a bicycle and a vehicle enter an intersection from different roadways at approximately the same time, the operator of the vehicle or bicycle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle or bicycle on the right.

Hello I sue the driver who hit my parked car I am in the state of Arizona when I went to court the judge allowed her attorney to bring in a witness that worked for her insurance company. The judge told me that she found him credible and judged in favor of the defendant I had been told then if I sue the driver that hit my car that they could not call a witness to testify who works for the insurance company of the driver is that correct?

My neighbor started feeding strays . although we had a rodent problem for some years the moment those cats moved in the rodents were gone within weeks. Definitely prefer to have cats over rodents .

Hi in my cituacion i was driving to pick up a passenger when suddenly a driver cut me on the freeway in front of my line and he stop provoking me to crash my vehicle in the back off his car there was not traffic at all and i never thought he would do that well he ended flew from the accident location but his car was mot in the condition to drive to far so he call a frind to go pick him up and he left his car there police came the firetruck and the ambulance to they took me at the hospital i have a talus fracture and my leg a bit cut i explain at the police officer what happen but he ended putting me as at fault and later that same day after 10 hrs he call to report he got hit in the of his car on the freeway but because he was scare and confuse he call a friend to take hik home and the all he remember that he was going in a legal speed and that was supposed me going at high speed but that is not true now i don’t know what to do please can you tell me if is anything i can do to win the case im from california
